I had a limb put a hole about the size of my fist in my roof over the garage this weekend. I called Mike this mourning and he was their within 30 mins. He fixed the hole, cleaned up the debris that was on my house and was finished within an hour. He did an excellent job and just seems to be a really down-to-earth guy. If I need some more work done around the house I will be giving him a call.

Called to have leak detection done. Was told their technician is so good he can diagnose & find leaks 99% of the time. I was hesitant, but took a leap of faith. Sure enough he found the leak right away, repaired it all in less than 2 hours for under $700. The first quote we got from another company was dig up entire front yard & repair all pipe to street for $6200. Glad I didn’t fall for that scam. Thank you Nick & partner for helping us for almost 1/10 of the cost. Will definitely call on American Mechanical in the future & refer to others.

They came out February 23 to fix a leaky toilet, the plumber disconnected it and left it, saying we need a new toilet. It is now March 8 and we still have no toilet, despite numerous phone calls and promises that they'll be out with a new toilet tomorrow.

2 of the 3 issues had to be repaired within 6 months by another plumber. This was about 4 years ago. This work was done by one of the brothers. Never again. The owner is questioning my review. I submit to him that his family is from Vermont. How would I know this if there were not a contact ?????

We had a toilet leak coming through the ceiling. Brandon arrived same day and replaced the toilets (we went out and bought two of the kind he recommended.) by the time we got home he had both toilets taken out. Work was fast and professional. I will ask for Brandon for all future plumbing needs!!!

This is the ABSOLUTE worst experience I have ever had with a company. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They were supposed to be coming out to fix my hot water heater for OVER a month. I spoke with the owner personally and expressed the two times the company flaked on us and he promised he would be there Monday. To my surprise a THIRD no show on us by the OWNER. I tried calling the company back and conveniently no one answers the phone. Then to make matters worse, they put the job as complete with my home warranty company when they never even showed up for the job. This company is UNprofessional and a SCAM!! Please please save yourself the time and frustration and go elsewhere.
