The pricing is way too high. $350 to install a faucet. $325 to install a garbage disposal. They wanted to charge $1200 For what the technician said was 4 hours worth of work. $300 a hour. I don't think so.

They were able to assist me in the same day that I called and worked around my schedule- THE BEST!

Of course I am gonna rate 5 stars. This is a family business. (My family) 3 generations could be working on the same job. And mrs. Dodd answers the phone. Mr. Dodd (my dad) has been doing hvac, electric, plumbing and gas fitting for more years than I have been alive. I have worked for the family forever now my son is working. A true family business. We must be doing something right because we have had the same customers for years, now we take care of their children and even a few grand children. Although we do advertise a bit, referrals is how most people hear about us. Maybe we get so many referrals because we not only enjoy our customers but we are greatful to be asked to come in your homes and help remedy your problems.

Glad to see that the Z Line is growing in size and continues to maintain their high quality and professionalism. Utilized Terry for a door installation yesterday, as well as for winterizing another door and an awning. These guys were great! Sean's response was amazing! I called Monday, he showed up the next day which was New Year's eve, very punctual and they not only took care of the main issue I had (replacing a toilet that had been giving us repeated problems), I also had about three other annoying plumbing issues I had put off addressing, and Sean took care of all of them in a very reasonable amount of time and price! I will most definitely use them again!

Extremely satisfied with the job Aron and Matthew did clearing 70+ feet of sump pump discharge pipe. Multiple clogs. They wouldn’t give up. I’ve never seen two people try to out work one another! I would highly recommend this company and these two guys.

Have had three jobs done in past couple years by A1 -- Corey replaced a toilet flange; Bert installed a kitchen fauct; Zach M. helped diagnose a crawlspace leak from a failing tub faucet assembly and Kyle replaced the assembly the next day, a prompt follow-on performance. All of the work performed has been outstanding. Every plumber has been courteous, thorough, and explained what they've found at each step and possible paths forward. Could not recommend more. Oh, and they have always been on-time.

I used Tony & Son to repair my hot water heater. He charged $79.00 for his service call. When he returned to install the part he charged me another $245.00 for 1/2 labor a total of $328.00. I could not believe he charged $245.00 for half hour of labor. I called reputable plumbers in the area and they said his charges were excessive. He should have charged no more than $150-$160. I called Toney to discuss the charges and he became rude and defensive. He would not listen to me explain why I was calling, he just kept talking rudely to me and hung up on me...PLEASE do not use his service if you want to be treated with respect and not have to deal with price gauging to a senior citizen.

RPG is an excellent company from customer service to the actual work. Pat and Virginia make you feel you and your problem have their undivided attention. They respond to you promptly, their team and work is exceptional and they clean up before they leave (even when they had to dig up my front yard 😊. I would highly recommend their company and will definitely use them again!
