Called on a Sunday for a bad plumbing backup. I was amazed at how professional the person who answered the phone was as well as the technician, Justin. Justin D. worked several hours to fix our problem. I will definitely be using them from now own.

Came out in very reasonable time to give the estimate for removing glass block and regrouting bathroom shower. Had the service man out and job was done quickly the work was beautiful and professionally done. I will use Cecillia's in future projects. The price was reasonable and I was billed at the original estimate.

I called Sean late Thursday evening and he answered even though he was fishing. He and Steve came by Friday morning and replaced my Main Water Valve within an hour and I was good to go for a very reasonable price. They also fixed my leaky outside faucet for free. These guys are the best and most knowledgeable and responsive plumbers I've ever dealt with, I highly recommend them to fix any plumbing problems you have!

Service was excellent and serviceman, Gregorys, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and performed as if he was installing the hot water heater in his own home, rather than mine.

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

Requested upgrade to toilet fixtures to low volume flush and no leak. Josh cam as schefuled and was excellent in eork and discussion. This was great support. Asked for new outside spigot estimate, was provided on scene. Great scheduling support from home office. Arrival was well announced . Excellent company.

Used to be alot better. Came to my house, charged hourly rate to tell me it was the city's problem and in the end new plumber found it was definitely on my end and fixed the problem quickly. Miss the old staff.

I have used this company in the past and they are very responsive. I called them and they were able to come out that same day. Ryan has been more then helpful and advised me on the repairs that need to be done without doing unnecessary cost. I would definitely use them again for any future needs.
