My kitchen sink started backing up & was taking forever to finally drain. I remembered my mom using this company to fix the leaky toilet a couple years ago so she forwarded their information to me & once again, they did not disappoint! I called this morning & they gave me a time frame of between 12 & 2pm & Michael arrived at about 1pm. He was able to unclog & flush the kitchen sink drain & also replace the wax ring on the toilet in the hall bathroom all within about 30 minutes or less. Both are now operating like new! We really enjoyed working with Cecilia’s home repairs for a couple of our home projects. They built a deck for us and did a wonderful job, and SUPER quickly! They build a 16x16 deck off of our split level home, so it was up half a story, and installed a sliding door where a window had been in 3 short days. They also did some plumbing work for us and got us in right away for issues with some clogged drains. We really appreciate how hard working, honest, knowledgeable, polite, and dependable they were for both of our projects - all of that can be hard to find! We are very thankful we discovered this company, and I think we have found our go to place for home repairs.

Until I communicated with Cecilia's Home Repair my experience with plumbers was not good. Anthony came last year and did a very good job taking care of some plumbing issues. I recently called again for more serious issues. He responded right away. There was sewage backup causing me not to be able to use the toilet, tub, washing machine & etc. Turns out the very old lead pipe under the house had to be replaced. Cristian replaced that pipe on a very hot day, with no complaints. Anthony came out again and cleared another pipe connected to the washing machine. he did not leave until he was sure everything was working properly. One thing that is very special about working with Anthony is the way he takes time to explain what is happening with your issue as well as answering questions about future projects. His knowledge of plumbing is very clear. The entire Cecilia Team including Mike over the phone & Victoria make you feel they are serious about helping you.

Initially called them out to investigate and repair a leak behind my fridge. Turns out it was the fridge itself, and it caused major damage to the floor. They gave me a quote that day to replace the floors and it was scheduled less than 2 weeks later. They were back by the end of the week to repair the drywall and repaint the wall. The floors and wall look great and they were able to get the floor done in a day. The quote was spot on, no hidden charges or BS. They were on time every time they came out. They will definitely get my business in the future.

We contacted Cecilia's st 5PM on a Wednesday with a leaking water heater. They had a technician to our house within the hour, and we had a new water heater installed within 2 and a half hours. Pricing was fair. Service was quick, quality,and professional. We officially have our new plumber!

My kitchen sink was unusable due to a leak. Called on Friday - technician was scheduled to come out the next day. Later in the afternoon I got a call and asked if I wanted the tech to come out that day. (Yes!)
Mike arrived at about 5 pm - on a Friday! He was awesome. He found the source of the leak immediately and fixed it in no time. Then he (on a Friday evening!) patiently walked through and took notes of everything else I need to have done. I will definitely be using Cecilia's Home Repair again soon.

Awesome experience from start to finish. I had a leaking turn off valve behind the my water heater and my go to guy retired so I needed someone new. I found them. My email request was answered quicker than I expected. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning. Mike arrived early and was very pleasant and informative. After explaining my issue, he talked me thru what he was gonna do. He nailed it. Leak was fixed and Mike was on his way before my appointment time. I even had him take pics for a quote for more work I need done. With such friendly, knowledgeable people who are very prompt and provide affordable service, there's no need to go anywhere else. Called and Schedule an appointment for installation of a kitchen garbage disposal. The person on the phone gave me a verbal quote. The day of my appointment the Tech was tied up on another job, but I was informed in advance and keep receiving updates until he arrived. Mike was the Tech that installed the garbage disposal. A great guy, he gave me all the manuals and other associated material. He cleaned up after and didn't leave anything behind. I wanted to use a credit card he sent a link for payment to my email and said that I could pay it there. Hands down one of best home repair companies in the Hampton Roads. I will be using this business in the future and referring them to friends!

As a new homeowner I wasn't sure about hiring a company I wasn't familiar with but I did some research and found Cecilia's. From the beginning my experience with this company has been nothing short of spectacular, from the first call thru the completion of several projects it's been first class service. The estimates were more
than fair, the service people Clint, his assistant and Anthony were professional, on time, and very respectful. When you deal with Cecilia's you'll be treated fairly and with respect and i can assure you this company are some honest people, they were contracted to do a job and could have taken my money and I wouldnt have known but Anthony saves me 365.00 ...that's honesty, thats professionalism, that's Cecilia's.

Cecilia Home Repairs did a great job on our Master Bath Renovation. They demoed the old tub & redid the plumbing & installed our new tiled walk in shower. They installed new bathroom fans & corrected a few electrical switches throughout the house. We are thoroughly pleased with the work done. Will definitely be using them down the road for any future remodeling & repairs to our home.

He showed up toward the beginning of the service window, called when he was on his way, explained the issue with my faucet and worked quickly and efficiently to change out the old shut off valves that were causing problems. Booked an appointment with them for a bathroom remodel. They gave me a window 9-11, well the day arrived and they never showed, never called and haven’t heard from them since. Fine by me, there are too many companies for me to work to hire one.

Paid two other plumbing companies to come out and they couldn’t resolve the problem. Two days without being able to use the water. Tony came out and was able to resolve the problem within a few minutes. Never again Hampton Roads. Only will be using Cecilia’s Home Repairs from now on.

We just had Cecelias come out and completely demo one of our showers & renovate it. It turned out amazing and looks like a completely different bathroom. Anthony communicated everything to me in a timely manner. The demo team, tile guys, plumber were all absolutely wonderful. I rarely leave online reviews however; this company is the exception. I had been looking through multiple companies for help in repairing my shower bed and tile (there was a leak and the whole thing needed to be redone from the ground up). I could not be more grateful to have found this company.

The pricing I was given was more than fair. I feel as though they were a genuine family company that actually understood not every family is beyond rich. As a first time home owner I was able to pay for services without having to pull out a major loan for the repairs. Other companies were literally trying to rob me blind to where I wondered if I could ever get my showered repaired.

The day of our appointment Anthony and his crew (Clint) came out 15 minutes before our appointment time. They also came out ready to work. Right now. No hesitations (I did not expect this). They explained the whole procedure to me so that I could be a knowledgeable homeowner. Any questions I had Anthony and Clint guided me through the process.

As the repairs started, each day Clint and George gave a heads up before they were coming. They arrived promptly on time each day without any wasted time. They were very respectful of my house and laid down floor coverings so that they did not damage my carpet. They were some serious hard workers. They did an amazing job and the work is superb. Not to mention, they were clean. They made sure and cleaned everything and left me a working shower in excellent condition.

I am beyond grateful to have found an honest legit company who is professional and reliable. I will absolutely be coming to them as the years come along for any future projects or needed repairs. Most importantly.....I now have a master bathroom shower again! This will be so much better rather than a family of 4 trying to cram into one small bathroom.

I highly recommend the plumbers at Cecilia's Home Repairs. Mike came out to our house this morning and did a great job installing our new toilet, our new kitchen faucet, and our three new exterior hose bibbs. Mike was a big guy! But he did a great job even working in a tight space under the sink. Not only was he very nice and polite, he also worked quickly and obviously knew what he was doing every step of the way. I had forgotten to buy new water supply lines for the kitchen sink and a new stop valve for the toilet (the old one had failed), but he had them in his van, so there was no time wasted. We are grateful for Mike being so friendly, patient with our questions, and focused on his work. I really did not have high expectations because I had never hired Cecilia's Home Repairs before, but now I am working on a list of electrical projects we need done, and I'll be calling them soon. Yesterday they found that the new toilet I had, was cracked. They sold me a new toilet and installed for less than most charge for installation. I was pleased with their work, how they went to extra mile for me. They did a great clean up. I will be hiring them for my next repair or install job.

I also had him come back a few days later to install new pop-up drains, which are beautiful as well, to all three sinks. Again, he was very punctual and reasonable. Do you need a home Plumbing, Electrical or Home Improvements? Cecilia Home Repairs, is who you need to call! Cecilia Plumbing came to my home in Virginia Beach and moved a set of water supply lines, sink drains, and roughed in a shower, for my bathroom remodel. I have to say these guys were truely professional. There was a miscommunication on the location of a set of shower spray nozzles but they most definitely made it right. Their customer service is bar none, the best I’ve encountered in quite a while. Cecilia Plumbing put the needs of the customer first, cleaned as they worked, and after the job was done they did a final clean, as though they were never here. Thank you Cecilia Home Repairs!

First I have to say that they are extremely responsive. I contacted them on a weekend day and got a call back that very same day. Not only that, but they actually sent someone out on a weekend to come give the estimate of repair. The representative that came (Mike) was extremely knowledgeable and professional which is why my family and I decided to move forward with this company. I will say, the only thing that took a lengthy amount of time getting to me was the actual estimate of repair which took about 7-10 days to get to me other than that, everything was very timely. They did require half of the payment to begin. Though, once that payment was made, work immediately started EXACTLY when they said it would. The crew that worked for me was here everyday at the exact time they said they would be. They were VERY, VERY clean about the work area and actually picked up after themselves. I mean, besides the plastic wrap covering the floor, there was very little inclination work was being done. The work they did was extremely thorough. They answered all of the questions I had about the work that was being done which were asked while they were working and busy, even so, they were polite and respectful. They finished the project when they said it would be done and did a pretty good job. At the end, there were some very minor issues that I addressed with them and they came right back out and addressed those issues for me. All in all, a great company I would hire again.

Quality, great customer service and Timing

We needed two outdoor light fixtures replaced and contacted the company for an estimate. They were extremely fast in getting back to us, could come out rather quickly and gave us a very good estimate. Communicating with Anthony was the best I’ve had with any company, with him responding within minutes in most cases. They even came out a day early when a storm popped up for our original appointment. Our electrician was super friendly and was able to install both fixtures in less than 45 minutes. They even gave us a thank you packet with face masks and pens. I love this company and will use them as my go to handyman service.

OMG! What can I say! Anthony made my day! He is very friendly and professional. I needed a faucet and garbage disposal installed along with re-piping. He got here early and finished in no time. I was switching out a washing machine and busted a pipe trying to get the old hoses off. Water was spraying everywhere. I had to turn the water off to the house. I called my normal plumber and he was booked for the day and couldn’t make it to my house until night. With 5 kids, to include 4 dirty boys, my wife gave me that look...I had to find another plumber fast. I found Cecillia’s on yelp. Due to my situation, the owner himself rushed out and was at my house within 20 minutes and fixed my pipe in less than an hour. Very professional and fairly priced. I own other rental properties so I’m always in the need for a trusted plumber. I will definitely be using this company again.

I called Cecilia's Home Repairs to help with a few plumbing issues I had in my home that I had not so long ago moved into. I described my issues to Mr. Anthony over the phone and he was able to email me a quote and schedule a time for service that same day. When the technicians, Mike and Mario arrived to my home, I explained to them what the issues were. They took no time on getting started and not only did they address what I thought the issues were, but Mike pointed out other minor maintenance issues and explained to me everything that was wrong including showing me the old parts that were worn down. Another person on the team communicated with me via text about a choice in the new parts and gave me price points. The service was so efficient, they were literally in and out in a little over and hour and the cost was reasonable for all the work they did. In total they maintenanced 3 bathrooms with leaking or not efficiently functioning toilets, a shower that barely delivered lukewarm water, leaking tub handles, and low pressure faucets. The next day I noticed once of the sink drains was draining slowly. I called Cecilia's, explained the problem, and was booked for a tech to come out the very next day. Mike and Mario came again addressed the issue and explained what was wrong all in a matter of 10-15 minutes. Mike even demonstrated to me what the problem was and how even I can fix it if I needed to. Overall service was very efficient and professional. I definitely recommend Cecilia's Home Repairs!

Nothing not to like for my particular project. Mike and Vince were great. They arrived early, had a good attitude, were totally professional. Mike made me aware of an unexpected situation with the relocation of my buried waterline shutoff valve (there's always something unexpected). Once Mike presented my options and I made a decision, they made a quick trip to the store to get a new part and took care of the job. The cost of the job did not change. The first time I contacted Cecilia's was on a Friday. I received a emailed quote the same day and they were able to schedule the job the next day. Really disappointed....

So how does their craftmanship hold up after a couple of years of renovation? Not too good. Couple of years ago had Cecilia's renovate the upstairs bathroom. They did a decent job. However here are the problems that I have with the company:

1) During the bathroom demo they knocked a hole through into the next room and never mentioned it nor fixed it

2) Crack along the shower is growing larger. Prior, asked if it should happened again and they said it wouldn't. Yet, here we are.

3) They took the downstairs air vent (floor below the bathroom) which was original to the condo. They took it and didn't replace it until it was mentioned. The replacement isn't the original.

4) They took items that didn't belong to them. Missing a Lowe's bucket. Tried to take a cart used by senior neighbors to help load/unload their car. Despite witnesses, they denied the fact they used it and took it. After confronting them, it magically reappeared.

5) They cut the AC condensation pipe and said it was against code. Then said it would cost over $7k to get it replaced.

6) Left a hole in the floor which was shared with AC closet. (Bathroom floor was connected to the closet)

The list goes on....

Overall, really disappointed with the results. Now I'm dealing with cracked walls, electrical outlet that doesn't work, and bathroom fixers that are loose or broken off.
Thinking one star is not deserving.

My 2 outdoor hose bibs would not work. Michael switched out the gate valves with ball valves which are much easier to use. He was very knowledgeable and completed the work in about 40 minutes. AMAZING company! The first time we called them someone literally showed up in 30 min, did a full inspection of the issue told us what needed to be fixed and gave us a quote in less then 24 hours. I called this business at about 2 am in the morning on sat. Five minutes later I got a return call and was able to set up an appointment for sat morning at 8am. Tony Jr was here and looked at the problem with my water heater and after telling me my options of a repair that may not last a week or so, we discussed the option of a new water heater. The new water heater was installed the same day after he went and got the water heater and all parts for it. By the time he first came to the job, and it being

Finally found an honest, competent and professional plumbing service for this area. It’s a pure pleasure when they come on time, literally give you an estimate the same day (!), and then show up and do the work when they tell you they will. Very fair pricing great people to work with.

I called Cecilia's Home Repairs to replace 2 rotted 4x4 posts on my fence railing. The estimate was quick and I believe very reasonable. They sent a carpenter, Mario, who did a great job and only took a few hours. First he had to remove two concrete anchors from the previous deck and that was painful to watch.

Anyway, I am totally happy with the repair and will continue to call Cecilia's Home Repair for future work.

I was so pleased with Anthony’s service. I had an issue with my shower that we tried to fix on our own but it did not work out. Trying to find a reliable plumber can be terrifying. We are military and, as most know, moving and finding professional and quality help can take time and connections, which is hard when you move from place to place and have to rely on recommendations online...and I can easily recommend this company. I called Cecilia’s Home Repairs at 8:30am and by 9am Anthony was at my door to help me with my issue. When I called Cecilia’s my call was answered quickly and I was given an accurate quote over the phone for the work I requested. I had spilled some pop and it seeped into the area around my kitchen island and an ant family had found it. I needed my dishwasher pulled out and trim replaced (I ripped it off and I had no clue how to put it back). Anthony skillfully pulled the dishwasher out and worked on cleaning and prepping the trim for reinstallation. On the phone I told the man that I have allergies and cannot tolerate strong odors and he said I could use my own products to kill and repel the ants. Anthony patiently waited for me to spray, vacuum, and lay down a barrier for the ants behind the dishwasher. He helped me by giving me light to the area I was working in. Afterwards he placed the dishwasher back, started it for me and put the trim back to look good as new. I couldn’t believe the quality of work that was done in under an hour and for such a good price! I am not someone who can DIY and I will definitely be calling and requesting Anthony to come back out when we inevitably have something else that needs fixing in our house :) Thank you, Anthony and Cecilia’s!

Anthony is awesome! I had a dripping kitchen faucet. My husband and a friend tried to fix it and stopped the dripping but ended up with very little to almost no water pressure in the sink and dishwasher. Plus the kitchen faucet leaked from both handles every time I turned it on. I called another company and they didn't have anyone available to come out for 4 days. I called Cecilia's Home Repairs and they had someone available to come out within the hour. Anthony installed a new faucet and fixed the water pressure and leaking in less than 15 minutes. Daniel and Mario just left and once again I'm very happy I called Cecelia's. We used them previously to have a garbage disposal installed in my hundred year old home that required a new electrical circuit in addition to the plumbing and have been very happy with their work. This time we needed to have the fridge water line figured out (ended up being really simple, but I'm glad I called) and to rework the plumbing on my 1940s cast iron sink to accept a new faucet. I called yesterday afternoon and the guys were here bright and early this morning and got me taken care. Couldn't be happier with the service, quality of work, and level of professionalism.

Finding folks capable of dealing with the kinds of issues you face in an old home has been a huge issue for me and I'm glad we found some.

This is our second time using Cecilia's Home Repair for our plumbing needs. JB was the plumber on both occasions and he is lightening fast. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. On both occasions, there was open communication and you are given a quote up front. They are very reasonable and you won't regret giving them a call. I can't thank them enough for the peace that I have knowing that my plumbing is sound.

There not all that great. Been called out twice in a years time. Blamed us for doing something we didn't do and neither time confirmed if they actually fixed the issue (water leaks). Came and changed all the flappers on the toilets and that's it. Never looked at the meter to see if it's showing water movement afterwards. Totally disregarded what we were saying to him. I say again Not All That Great. 👎👎👎

Cecilia's replaced the vinyl flooring in our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry with Luxury Vinyl Planking (VLP). They did an excellent job of moving the heavy objects out of the room carefully, staging materials, and performing the work with minimum impact on us. They performed all the work with exceptional craftsmanship, inspected the finished work with us for approval, returned everything just as it had been before, and thoroughly cleaned up the work areas. This is the second time we hired Cecilia's and will definitely hire them again. I especially appreciated the crew foreman Ben who supervised and worked alongside his crew to make sure everything was perfect.

I left a request on their website on a Saturday to schedule an appointment. I was thinking I would get a response back on the following business day (Monday). However, I was contacted within an hour of my request by Anthony. After explaining my need, he advised me that he could be over in a few minutes, since he was just around the corner finishing up another job. Had a leak on my water heater and they responded within 10 minutes of my inquiry with a very affordable quote. Were at the house within 2 hours and changed both hoses out (only one was leaking - the tech explained it would be best to change both at once to avoid spending more later). 30 - 40 minutes later, my water heater was working better than it was before. Our shower would not turn off this morning. A gentleman was out here within a half hour and took maybe a half hour to fix. It was relieving to have such prompt service and have it fixed immediately considering the faucet was broken. And it was relieving to have it fixed at an affordable price. I am very impressed and will definitely use them again if we need too.

We bought a condo in Va Beach and I hired Cecilia's to do a lot of updates which included: opening up a kitchen wall, installing new floors, putting in new vanity, toilet repair and new tiling in the bathrooms, as well as other small projects. I was very impressed with Cecilia's.

First of all, I can't get over how RESPONSIVE they were from the beginning and throughout the whole process of our condo updates. I have worked with a few contractors before and they are always a nightmare to communicate with, but not Cecilia's. I live across the country and they were constantly sending me photo updates and would answer any of my questions within a few minutes!

When I first called Cecilia’s I got their voicemail, since I was driving I wasn’t able to text the number they had in their message so I left a voicemail. Within the hour I received a text message about my phone call. I needed a plumber to fix my outside water spigot.

I waited about a week for my initial appointment, Mike came out and was actually earlier than expected. I received a text message letting me know he was on his way. After a thorough inspection, he found a crack in the pipe, he told me exactly what was going on and how he would have to fix it.

He had a fairly quick opening to get everything fixed but I needed time to move the stuff in my garage out of that corner for easy access to the wall where the pipe is located. Fast forward to this morning, I received a text letting me know Mike was on his way and would be there shortly.

This house came with its own set of issues that my husband and I have been fixing and trying to make them better than what we were given.

My confidence in Mike went through the roof when he pointed out that we had the best water pipe spigot thing (my words, not his) that money could buy. He knew at some point our water pipe had been replaced but they didn’t do it correctly and he told me how it should have been done! There wasn’t even an emergency shut off valve, which I had never thought about. Mike said he would be able to put one in for x amount of $ and I was like heck yea!

Mike was quick and efficient. He actually made my water spigot more secure than the previous one! I will gladly call and request Mike for any other plumbing needs we have just based on this initial experience with him and this company.

This repair was also very reasonable! Plumbing issues seem to always cost an arm & a leg, not today folks. It was a win all around!

I called Cecilia's Home Repair to get an estimate for work on a balcony that was the suspect of water issues. Nobody would know what the real damage would be until it was taken apart and they did a great job. Robert did a quick and efficient job of removing the old balcony and replacing the wood boards and railing with polywood and vinyl. He also removed the old sliding glass door (nonstandard size), replacing it with a new one, and repairing the exterior/interior of the wall. There was significant water damage from the previous balcony not being installed correctly so choosing Cecilia's to do the work was a great investment for our home, extremely pleased with how everything turned out!

Having a pipe spewing water in my house was upsetting on TG morning. Sending out a dozen emails to plumbing companies but only hearing from 3 was aggravating. Hire Cecilia's Home repair to replace our fascia boards around the house, , fix our porch, and remove an A/C unit from the living room and patch the hole in the wall. Daniel and Mario did an excellent job. Both showed up ahead of schedule everyday, and made sure the repairs were done thoroughly. Quote was spot on, and even with additional repairs that were needed that did not add much more to the overall cost. We had an issue with one of our toilets not flushing. I tried a toilet snake and realized it was bigger then I wanted to deal with. I did a quick Yelp search and then a little research and decided to request a call back. This was about 630 Saturday night. Received a prompt text and we set up a time for Sunday. The tech, Michael, showed up within the stated time and got straight to work. He didn’t mind me hovering around while he worked, even though I would have been annoyed.. he answered any questions I had and gave me a play by play as to what he was doing and what may need to be done. At the end of the day he was unable to fix the toilet issue because it was unfortunately a much bigger problem. Based on the work I experienced for this job I went ahead and hired them to do the bigger repairs after a through explanation and what I considered a fair price for the amount of work needing to be done. I would recommend them to my friends.

Then Cecilia's Home Repairs is that company! I had been wanting a walk-in shower for years in my house, but finding a reputable company that will do as they promise can be challenging. I have a really old house (1917) and a shower/tub that had been there for years. I found them because a friend of mine had used them and posted photos of the work they did for her. I requested a bid, they responded right away and they came out as promised. A short time later I had an exact quote. They scheduled it with me on a date 3 weeks out - which gave me time to find the tile of my dreams. The great thing about the way they did the install was they let you source the tile of your choice and they supply the labor, plumbing and doors. They measure and tell you how much tile, grout, caulk and edging you need, and you buy that first hand yourself. Here is why that is a great way to do this work: it allows you the flexibility to pick out whatever colors and styles you want (instead of someone telling you what limited colors/styles they will install) and then it saves you $$ because the vendor isn't having to pay for it and deliver it. Anthony, Victoria, Mike, Mario - just eveyone involved, were so responsive with any questions and just in general reaching out if anything needed to be communicated. The techs showed up each and everyday like they were supposed to (I was out of town for 4 days of the install, which I think actually made it easier for everyone) and on the last day it was like a seamless production - the finishing touches, the clean-up and wood trim person, and then finally the shower door installation. I am so happy with the way this job went, and their professionalism and communication. I have a few more large jobs of things I need done, and I am going to for sure be calling Anthony Cecilia and his team to do them!

Found a water leak in my cieling at 1130 pm contacted them at 700am and had someone at my house by 1130am. Fixed the issue within 10 minutes and then checked other spots for leaks. I had a leak coming from the bathtub faucet. I was recommended Cecilia's home repair so i gave them a call. within 1 hour they arrived to repair the leak. The gentleman that cam to do the repair was courteous and very nice. He changed the valve in the faucet and cleaned and showed me how to undo the stopper so i can clean it. After the gentlemen left, I went to try out the faucet and it sounded like it is vibrating loud so the next day, I called with my problem and again within an hour, they were there to fix it and fix it he did and explained what had happened. The faucet is working great now. Will I recommend Cecilia's Home Repairs, yes, most definitely.

Hi! This is my second time using Cecilia's and, just like the first, it was a surprisingly GREAT home repair experience!! Anthony showed up exactly when he said he would, discovered a much bigger issue with my faucet than I thought it would be, made THREE separate runs to get the parts to fix the faucet correctly, and charged me a MORE than fair amount for the parts and services. I came home to find out our sewer was clogged and was backed up into the house. I called the main number on the site at 7pm and within 40 minutes there was a repairman was at my house working the issue. He was very professional and efficient. You never know what you're going to get when you are in a rough situation and have to search the internet for whomever was available. We were very fortunate to have found the right people. They sent a tech to fix our water heater and garbage disposal the same day. He even fixed shoddy plumbing done by other people under our sink. Best yet, the price they quoted was reasonable. I was really impressed by the service provided. I highly recommend this company and would use them again for future needs.

We used Cecelias Home Repair to replace an exterior door, install a roof rain diverter and to install an exterior ground drain.

The first basin was installed where I requested it to be. After that installation, the standing groundwater issue remained between that first basin and the 20 feet back to my shed. It was suggested that a second basin be installed. I agreed to same but I did not choose where the second basin would be placed. I allowed them to make that choice using their expertise. When I arrived home and saw the second basin was placed just 3 feet from the first basin I commented that I thought it would be farther back. So basically the first basin now only catches water from the 3 feet between the two basins. We still have standing water from the second basin all the way back to the shed. I contacted Cecelias to discuss the issue and the response was that if I want to pay for a third basin to be installed they could do that. Had I known the second basin would be installed just 3 feet from the first I would not have paid the extra money for that. And it has not helped the issue at all.

The placement of the second basin is the only issue that I have with Cecelias Home Repair. The actual quality of work they did for the installation of the door and the rest of the ground drain installation were very good. Also, the workers were very nice.

Repairman was on time, professional, and expedient.
We had an electric jack the needed to be replaced. Within 30 minutes of him leaving we had an issue in a different room. I texted him about the problem and he was able to come back 20 minutes later. Within the hour the second issue was also resolved. As promised by my neighbors, Cecilia's is reasonably priced! I will ask them to help with other handyman projects.

They were quick to respond on a holiday weekend and to us in under an hour to resolve the issue. Reasonable pricing and polite staff. Michael our plumber addressed the issue quickly and professionally.

Michael came more quickly than I could have believed and unclogged our leaking toilet in record time, even though he had to go back to his truck for longer auger. Plumber that we had used previously told us they might not be able to make it until late next week, so I was amazed and impressed by Cecelia's / Michael's service, and also kudos to Anthony for sending him so promptly! We will definitely call on Cecelia's plumbing again.

I have said it time and time again adulting is not for the weak especially when it comes to having necessary work done on your home. The two workers arrived at scheduled time, immediately went to work installing two new toilets, and was gone about 90 minutes later. They were friendly and cordial throughout the whole time. Needed to have an old dishwasher removed and a new one installed. Mike quickly made assessment regarding the power and hose attachments and proceeded with the removal of the aged dishwasher. He then installed the new unit just as quickly and performed an operational testing. All throughout he was courteous and professional, and answered all of technical questions when I inquired about other repairs to be done about the house. I’ll be calling on the Cecilia team again for future repairs and maintenance.
