If I could give them less than one star I would. This plumbing company is a joke. They do not do their job properly and because of that my kitchen and dining area was flooded two nights ago as well as my neighbors... then they come to fix it not until yesterday evening. That wasn’t done even properly... we have no hot water.. haven’t had any for two days. Now I’m waiting on them... they should have been here over an hour ago. Which they really should have been here this morning but they’re in no hurry to fix anything... please find someone else for your plumbing needs. We rent our condo through a rental agency and they choose the plumber or I would have never chosen them....

I have used this fine firm on three separate occasions. The staff is quick to respond and solves problems rapidly and inexpensively. The most distinctive feature is that staff keeps the user fully informed of the schedule for completing what must be done. They are cheerful in their work. I had a leak in my rental house and Jason’s man came out quickly the next morning to fix it. Not only that, he found an issue with the tub that should have never passed inspection. He repaired that for me too and the price was right! I recommend ALI-COR Plumbing to all my friends and co-workers.

I have used Betty’s Plumbing twice. Once to replace most of the bathroom and kitchen faucets and toilets in my house, and the other time when a pipe broke. They are knowledgeable and honest.

To say we are beyond disappointed is an understatement. You trust your home owners warranty company and the contractors they send out to you to fix your home problems and it turns out that they just lie about situation. Jason from TCP Plumbing company came out and tried to fix our leak that we had downstairs from our upstairs shower and he did a quick fix only to have it leak again 3 weeks later. He came a second time, looked at it again and in less than 5 mins said that he didn’t know where the leak was coming from and he would have to contact the home warranty company and ask permission to get into the ceiling. He left only to have the home warranty office email us 2 wks later to tell us our claim was no longer going to be covered because the plumber said it was an improper install and he couldn’t do anything about it. Little did he know that we had his whole conversation on camera and were able to capture exactly what he said and turn it into the home warranty office to reopen our claim and send a second company. He blatantly lied about the whole situation and to say he is unprofessional is putting it mildly. Unprofessional and just plain lacking in the skill need in his “profession.” We do not recommend Jason or this company at any cost!
