James M and Aron came by on Sunday the 10th to replace my water heater. They were professional and expeditious. They explained the new system's operation and our neighbor who is a contractor was impressed as well. Great guys a fair price and a military discount available at our location.

Aron and Travis did a great job of assessing the best way to plumb our Cat Genie into the laundry room sink. Thay used a special drainpipe with a dishwasher tee in the drain line for the Cat Genie waste line. They hooked up the cold-water line and used a special flexible drain trap to handle the trapping and the configuration differences from a standard u-trap.
The work is neat, clean, tidy, and not visible. This project went very smoothly from beginning to end. It cleaned up a tripping hazard, eliminated a water hose line and waste line eyesore, and made the maintenance more practical because of the increased movability of the Cat Genie itself.
