Bill and Morris provided exceptional work getting my heating system back up and running. They were thorough with identifying the root cause of the issue with my unit and provided a fix at a very reasonable expense. I would recommend Tidewater Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning to anyone in need of repairs or new installation. They will be the first to get a call from me if I ever require future repairs. I can't say enough about how friendly and professional these guys are.

Awesome... Really took care of the problem and was nice answering questions that I had.

We had another plumber company to come out and do some simple plumbing repairs and they flaked out on us. We than called a few different companies to come out and no one could for 2 to 3 days, however when we called Tidewater they came out within less than a hour and did a great Job I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TIDEWATER THEY ARE GREAT!

Here's the thing: if you can't treat potential customers with a basic level of respect, don't pick up the phone in the first place.

I can't say how thankful and wonderful Mr. Martin and his colleague were this evening! They were very quick to respond to my problem, addressed my issue with quickness and had my a/c back up and running in no time! I would high recommend him to anyone with any issue they fix. After only 10 years of faithful service at SpeedPro Imaging in Norfolk, our water heater had given up on us and sprung a leak. Tidewater Plumbing and Heating were not only quick on the scene but very honest, communicative, and polite during the process. Their pricing was considerably less than any other competitor. Even after a completely honest, totally-not-a-big-deal-at-all mistake that lead to a damaged Keurig machine, our installer insisted that he pay out of pocket for a new one. What a great guy! Should we have any HVAC issues in the future, we know who to call.”

These gentlemen are the best around hands down. They have come to my home and gone above and beyond to fix the problems caused by another company. They came at odd hours and in the rain and never complained or lost the smiles on their faces. This company has fantastic customer service, are incredibly reliable and knowledgeable, and are reasonably priced.
They are the only company I will ever use again.

I highly recomend this plummer. I searched the internet to find a plummer licensed to work with gas and found Bill Martin. I have a rental in Norfolk and don't even live in the state. My heater was very old. Bill could have told me anything but instead, he fixed it in one trip. The price was very reasonable. i am happy. My tenant is happy and I will definately use him again.

I don't know what happened to him but I had an impression he is ready to retire by the tone of his voice on the phone. Too bad. They were good.

Bill Martin came to my house and change my indoor and outdoor unit. Him and his assistant Moris gave me and my wife the best service and price around town. We highly recommend him to everyone.

About 3 weeks ago my heat pump went out, and I called A-1 American they never showed and needless to say it was freezing/snowing at the time. I guess they were too busy making commercials and useless magnets for the yellow pages After 48 hours of hearing nothing from A-1 I did an internet search and found Tidewater Plumbing & Heating, the owner Mr. Martin had his son in law Morris over in less than an hour. My heat pump was sparking and the compressor was totally shot. Morris was able to stop the heat pump from sparking and causing a potential fire. I had a gas line, but it was never connected to the home. Mr. Martin advised me on the price, and how long the job would take. When it came time for them to do the job, it was exactly as described. He came with his son-in-law, and son. They were quick and efficient, they did not leave a mess on my property. This is a family business with honest people, Mr. Martin did not add any hidden fees or surprises as many companies do. The unit was of quality and started right up. If i'm going to spend my hard earned money I want quality work/product. I definitely recommend Tidewater Plumbing & Heating they are honest people who do quality work.

So kind and sweet the whole time they were here! We called due to our AC completely shutting down and the very next day they came and fixed my 14 year old for such a reasonable price. During the entire process they were also kind enough to explain everything going on to me so I could understand the system better. I will absolutely be referring them to all of my friends and co-workers who need HVAC help!

Tidewater heating and Plumbing did a great job, they responded and corrected the problem. They have done work for me before including installing central air. I think they are the best!

Have not used their services as of today, however they kept me updated on when they will be able to fulfill the appointment. I have chosen to go through my home warranty.

Mr Martin knows how to fix every problem I have ever had at my house from replacing my heating a/c system to replacing pipes under my bathroom sink to finding a outside water leak. Mr. Martin and his partner Morris are true honest, polite, hardworking, very knowledgeable gentlemen. I would never trust my plumbing and heating issues to anyone else. More people need to have the integrity that Mr. Martin has.
