Best Main Water Line Replacement in Virginia Beach VA

Our hot water heater went out and we called Atomic Plumbing in the morning. The lady said she would have someone out by 1:00 PM. We asked that they call about half an hour before coming, and they called me by 8:30 AM saying someone could be over by 9:00. James and Paul were there by 9, told me they could try to fix our hot water heater, but it was so old that it would just be putting money into something that would need to be replaced in the near future anyway. I told them to go ahead and replace it, thinking we would have to schedule another time for them to have to come out and complete the job. But they told me they could have it all done that day, and that is exactly what they did. In fact, they had it done before noon. They were fast, friendly and professional. I could not have been happier with the service we received. They made a very unpleasant occurrence out to be short lived and painless. I would recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing services.

Needed some exterior frame work repaired on the outside of my 100 year old home. 2nd Floor. Work was done quickly and completely. Even noticed that my upstairs window needed a touch up of paint, so he went ahead and repainted it while he was there. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future.

Extremely satisfied with the job Aron and Matthew did clearing 70+ feet of sump pump discharge pipe. Multiple clogs. They wouldn’t give up. I’ve never seen two people try to out work one another! I would highly recommend this company and these two guys.

Run, don't call. The plumber sent out did not know the system, and the cost was 3 times as much as it should have been. Then the plumbing part failed within 60 days, and it was returned to the warehouse where the owner got a refund for the bad part. This was verified from the manufacture. The owner promised a refund and to adjust my bill. Never happened. He is still promising to return the money he pocketed from the manufacture after 5 months. I called in another plumber to repair my issue after waiting weeks for Blessings. Having an answering service is not customer service. Stay away.

Went into the crawl space and noticed a significant amount of moisture build up under the washing machine, but couldn’t I.d. Where in the line the leak was coming from. Jason arrived quickly, And did the necessary repairs efficiently and for a fair price. Overall I was very satisfied and impressed with the professionalism

This is the ABSOLUTE worst experience I have ever had with a company. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They were supposed to be coming out to fix my hot water heater for OVER a month. I spoke with the owner personally and expressed the two times the company flaked on us and he promised he would be there Monday. To my surprise a THIRD no show on us by the OWNER. I tried calling the company back and conveniently no one answers the phone. Then to make matters worse, they put the job as complete with my home warranty company when they never even showed up for the job. This company is UNprofessional and a SCAM!! Please please save yourself the time and frustration and go elsewhere.
