Best Main Drain Line in Virginia Beach VA
Sean D and Eric were outstanding helping me check the condition of the main sewer line before moving into a new home. Although a previous appt didn't go as planned Atomic communicated with me and were able to come later in the day. The guys were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I will contact Atomic again.

Terry and Tim came on time, very professional, helpful, friendly and the job they did was superior.
I had ZLine Handyman Co come in and do some general repairs and paint the inside of my home. They were able to work with me as my home was not empty. They were always courteous, cleaned up after the days work, and answered all my questions.
This company and the men that worked on my project get an A-plus for a job well done.
Thank you, Terry and Tim for all your hard work.

Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond

MAKE MR. ROOTER YOUR FIRST CALL!!!
Approximately 3 days ago I arrived at my home after driving 9hrs at around 3am to find that I had a massive leak that I later learned was my supply line. Never having had to deal with this before, I obviously freaked out and got the water turned off. Later that morning after calling multiple plumbers local to the Norfolk and Virginia Beach area I had one come out from a different company (NOT MR. ROOTER) that immediately wanted to charge me $3.5k just to break up concrete and look for the leak. He did not turn the water on, or so much as shine a flashlight on the area I said water was coming from. The next company wanted me to do leak detection through a 3rd party first and then have them do the repair, the leak detection was quoted to be about $500, most other places charge much less.
This is significant because Mr. Zhane Albrecht from Mr. Rooter not only found the leak that was actually located above ground, but explained to me how the damage occurred, why it occurred and how he was going to fix it. This guy is the walking epitome of customer service and satisfaction, he wasn't pushy and you could tell he was advising on matters as if it were his own home which speaks volumes to his character as a professional that cares about people.
Rarely is it ever a good circumstance to have to call out a plumber, but through the unfortunate issue I had, I was thankful I had somebody knowledgeable and honest enough to see me through to the other side WITHOUT trying to rake me over the coals. Thanks Zhane, you're the man!

Jason from American Mechanical came out today to check out an electrical issue. We unfortunately have a large repair that has to be done but I believe he did everything he could to keep the costs down. He was friendly, respectful, and seemed very genuine.

Our main drain was clogged and Mike Wilson came out on a late evening emergency call. When he arrived he worked with the city personnel in an attempt to determine if the problem was ours or the city’s. When the city was unable to locate their cleanout, Mike began working from our end. Mike resolved the problem quickly and professionally. Very pleased with the results. Big THANKS to Roto-Rooter and especially Mike Wilson

My friend today asked for estimate to find leak in freon line. Well guy came back said the whole unit needed to be replaced. Long story short. Said 11200 for new system. You can redo 3 houses for that. Next company came by all fixed works great for 189. So people watch this company. They are true rip offs. They want there 78 for estimate. Little do they not know is its all over Facebook Twitter on there attempt to rob an elderly man. His unit is only 5yrs old. It only had simple connection loose. Stay away. 2yrs ago I called about snaking my sewer line. Told me 360. I got it done for 189. Beware of these con artist
