Best Heating System Maintenance in Virginia Beach VA

Our water heater busted on Saturday. Sean came right out and was very informative and helpful. He explained that they would need to secure our type of water heater and once successful he would be out first thing Sunday morning to install it. He was here first thing at 7:30 AM with a smile on his face and removed the old water heater and installed the new one in no time. Sean is very knowledgeable and personable. My husband and I enjoyed talking about Football with him while he was here. I would also like to mention Tiffany, the dispatcher, she was great as well, very helpful when I made the initial call. I would definitely recommend Atomic Plumbing and Sean to anyone needing plumbing work done in the future.

Tech called to confirm he was his way for my appointment. In that I had other appointments today, they scheduled service time to accomodate me.When Phil arrived, he introduced himself & was extremely courteous & professional. Listen patiently about my problem & how it would be addressed. He eased my mind letting me know the problem was not as bad as I thought it to be.

We had a hot water line leak and drain issue and the technicians knew exactly how to complete the repair in a timely fashion. They gave us instructions to stop the water damage until they arrived within 12 hours. I will always call them! Blessings blesses homeowners!

I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.

Herman from A-1 came out and did an amazing job with my furnace. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very helpful. Unfortunately I had been without heat for a couple of days and needed it on for my kids. I paid almost $600 for a new igniter unit for my system. After looking on line, the part, for all the places I looked, was only a $50 part. So I was charged appx $550 for less than an hour of work. I will be calling the manager on monday and will not be using these guys again. Make sure you do your homework first. Unfortunately I didn't.
