I am so pleased with this company. From scheduling the service to clean up after the job they were outstanding. They are not cheap but worth every penney! I was contacted via text and phone before the plumber arrived. When Sam arrived he explained each step of the replacement process and answered all my questions. He was very courteous and professional. This is the second time we have used this company and I highly recommend them.

Did a great job and were fast. Called yesterday to get them out to do an estimate for some water heater work. They got us in first thing this morning. We had them go ahead and do the repairs and they had it done in just a few hours. Very professional.

So first off, I had called King Plumber to come out to my property I manage to fix an issue with a toilet in one of the units. The guys that came were very nice. They even went as far as teaching me how to fix the issue (as it was a simple fix). Which we definitely appreciated! Most companies would never do that, because they would be missing out on more business for them.
We called them back out for a water heater that had went out. Again, they were very nice and had the new water heater installed very quickly! With all that being said, we will never use any other plumbing company for my property! :)

I ask for Caleb to serve my HVAC system bi-annually. He does a totally thorough exam of the inside & outside systems, explains when a new part is needed that's critical for optimal functiioning, and has excellent customer relations skills, like all Allied service technicians. His integrity is unquestionable. I trust and respect his work completely. I've never had a problem with my system because he keeps it running optimally. Jan Harris

Everyone at One Way was super friendly and helpful, from Chad who was able to meet me within 45 minutes of calling to provide a free quote to Logan and Michael who were the installers tasked with the water heater replacement the very next morning. I was super impressed with their automated notification system that sent me text messages to let me know my appointment time, when the technician/s were en route, and even provided the quote electronically. These guys really have there stuff together. Not only that, but they were considerably less expensive than some other plumbers in town I called who couldn't even get me scheduled for an estimate until after Logan and Michael had me all fixed up and taking hot showers again. I can't say enough good things about these guys.
