Zane gets a FIVE STAR from this household! We had a major leak under the slab and had been without full water use for three weeks when Zane got to our house. He was very professional, worked diligently to find the leak and made sufficient repair so that we can use our water safely until permanent repairs can be made. Highly recommend this company for those hard to find problems. So much better than what I thought the outcome might be! Leaks under a concrete slab can be devastating and we feel fortunate to find a company that can solve a problem by isolating the leak area. Thank you American Leak Detection!

They came out the day I called about frozen pipes. They ended up replacing a cracked pipe. They were very speedy!! Then the next day I had another crack in a different pipe and they came out within 2 hours and fixed it. They only charged me for material the 2nd trip.

Lane came thru like a super hero andfixed my issue in no time!

RotorRooter responded in timely manner and diagnosed the issue being with defective wax rings on both bathroom toilets. The replacements will address the problem. The cost for service call and parts were reasonable. I would this service again.
