Very rude and not at all what they advertised. All these 5 star reviews have to be faked! I called at 12:30am because of a clog I desperately needed fixed right away. The guy who answered the phone answered with a big sigh then plumbing in such an apethic tone you would think we were a bother. I asked if they were available that night since they were listed as 24 hour plumbers. He replied there was no way he could get anyone out b/c they have already worked a 14 hour shift and just left work. They weren't going to come back in. I asked why they were listed at 24 hours if that was the case. He said that they try to be available at all times but that's not always the case. He sounded upset we even called. I will not recommend or even bother trying them again.

My thermostat disconnected from my unit due to a power failure from ice. The repair man fix the problem updated my thermostat while he was here. And showed me how to fix the problem if it ever happened again. He was very professional. I appreciate it them coming out almost immediately because the temperature in my house was dropping dramatically.

Such great guys! Their service is always timely, efficient & detailed. They are in & out in 15-20 minutes & explain any issues in normal terms instead of super technical. They always call 15 mins ahead of time & are very respectful of your space. I recommend custom air for any HVAC services! Have used Wooten Plumbing a few times over the past years. One was a leak under the house and between walls -- VERY unpleasant! But they fixed it in a day, digging in a tiny space until they found the place where a fitting had started to leak. Then they fixed a shower with unusual hardware (they found something that worked), and most recently replaced a water heater and all the old pipes and pumps around it.

They know what they are doing, are efficient, and Dillon (someone I will respectfully call an expert!) is great will take his shoes off before he comes into your house (something my wife appreciates, as do I). For what it's worth I won't be calling anyone else next time plumbing-disaster strikes....

These guys were so professional and honest. So many HVAC companies rip you off, but these guys did not. I also have had no more issues after their repairs. Most companies seems to 1/2 way fix things, but not this company. I would recommend them to anyone.
