Serviced my Generac whole house generator. Austin was great at explaining and showing me what was being done. He discussed options and an issue with original installation (not airco). And he was very patient with my dog.

They were able to get me in within the next day. The technician, Terrance, was kind and curteous. He spent a lot of time fixing it. This was on a Friday. Then on Saturday evening it stopped working again. I just texted him to say, Hey, the fan stopped spinning. He immediately replied, I'll be there tomorrow morning. (Father's Day). I didn't ask for him to come immediately, he offered. He showed up and got it fixed. A new part was faulty. Amazing service. Great customer service. I will USE Again in the future! He went above and beyond!!!!!!

We were without hot water for two weeks. They checked my system on Saturday and installed after church on Sunday. I really appreciate the quick speed. I got tankless system so I expect a savings in my gas bill. I am very pleased.

They were so professional! I had a horribly bad experience with another company so I was hesitant to call in anyone. Hendrick plumbers have completely changed me mind about plumbing companies. They were polite and cleaned so well that might I was impressed. Everything is fixed and that is more than I can say for the last company. They gave me a through explanation of what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. Nobody talked down to me just because I'm an older woman. I trust this company so much I've ask him to come back to do an install that I've put off for years.
