So first off, I had called King Plumber to come out to my property I manage to fix an issue with a toilet in one of the units. The guys that came were very nice. They even went as far as teaching me how to fix the issue (as it was a simple fix). Which we definitely appreciated! Most companies would never do that, because they would be missing out on more business for them.
We called them back out for a water heater that had went out. Again, they were very nice and had the new water heater installed very quickly! With all that being said, we will never use any other plumbing company for my property! :)

We were very pleased with the replacement of our 2 hot water heaters - from our first call to the final installation. We received quotes from 3 other companies and Allied's quote outbid the others and they gave us a very good estimate of what our cost was going to be with no hidden fees. We were in a hurry because of Thanksgiving and family members were going to be staying with us. Stile and Brian were out the next business day - on time and finished by early afternoon. They did a perfect job, were very professional and courteous and cleaned up after the installation. We will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

EXCELLENT service! Sarah helped me by phone to get a same day appointment reset (I missed my original appointment) and David was the technician. David was extremely professional, honest and very friendly. He was also punctual which was much appreciated. Pricing was great and he finished the job in 45 minutes! Completely pleased with the service provided by Torch and would most definitely recommend.

I would AVOID these guys. I had a good experience with K&M Shillingford after having a bad experience with this company.

I called them out to my condo during the Artic Blast in Feb 2021 due to one of my heating units not working. The tech that came out said they couldn't do any work that day due to the setup of the system and they would have to come back another day. I was fine with them not being able to do the work due to the risk of having to shut off heating to other residents in the complex. However, they do a lot of work in my complex (so they know how the system is) and should have been familiar with this setup ahead of time. Additionally, per the call note on the invoice I told them it was a boiler system. They are also aware the units dont come originally installed with shutoff valves.

The problem came when I received a $125 bill for them spend 20 minutes here and tell me they can't do anything that day (to be clear I did not tell them they couldn't work, they told me they couldnt work). Additionally, I did not even get an answer on what the problem is, I was told it might be coil but they would not know until it was flushed (I already told them when I called that I thought it was the coil, as it shows in the call note on the invoice). So no help there.

I spoke with Scott Soder (whom appears to be the owner based off their website) about this and told him I don't think I should be paying $125 for a company to tell me they can't do the work (as stated above they should have known they wouldn't have prior to coming out) that day and where I got no value from their services. I asked that the invoice be voided if I am going to pay them to come out again and perform the work I originally called them out to do. He refused to cancel the invoice and even went so far as to threaten to file in small claims court if didn't pay it (lol).

They obviously don't care about retaining customers as they allowed a shoddy $125 invoice get in the way of likely $750+ in revenue and future referrals to other neighbors in my complex. Major red flag!

Mark does a fantastic job. He communicates clearly, honestly and timely, while simultaneously providing efficient, fairly priced and effective services. He delivers on all accounts and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Additionally, as small businesses expand, there's always a risk of declining quality. Mark recently brought Zach on board, and he's equally as kind, professional and effective. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Same day service, by very courteous gentlemen who explained everything as they went! Repaired leaking drain under kitchen sink- and split pipe on sprinkler system. Very reasonably priced! Highly recommend!

Half Moon did a great job helping us get a blockage fixed. Sewage water backed up into our house and they came out right away when our all of our home warranty company’s plumbers wouldn’t answer the phone. Noah and Skyler were great! I am so thankful I called Roto Rooter for a second opinion on a slab leak after a different plumbing company advised me they would need to blindly dig into my post-tension slab foundation in order to find and repair the leak. Brian found the leak and wisely advised against digging into the slab to repair it. He was able to reroute the line through the attic and saved me a lot of money and headache.
