We just had Chris out to update our kitchen sink. Installed a new fixture as well as new garbage disposal and strainer. He arrived the same day we called, and finished the job very quickly! We were completely satisfied with the cost of the job as well as the plumbing knowledge he offered while he was here. I requested the plumber wear a mask a footies and when I answered the door he was in a mask and putting on his footies. He told me it would take approximately 1.5 hrs to install each faucet. He finished in two hours. He kept me appraised along the way and was super tidy. Would def. use them again.

Jess was a lifesaver after the Fathers Day storm. After experiencing extreme damage to my home from a fallen tree I had a gas leak. Jess found the leak and took proper steps with the city to get my gas turned on. An inept representative came from ONG to turn the gas back on. Unable to light the water heater ONG advised me to call a plumber. Jess came back and lit the water water and aced the day. Highly recommend him.

Stoney came to give us a free estimate (which not all plumbing companies will do) and he gave us a reasonable price. We still wanted to check around to be sure. I used this business, referred to me by my plumber, for a second opinion after a failed pressure test of my under-slab drainage system by another plumber. A passing test was required before I could get interior piering done (foam injection, actually). The first plumber performing the leak test estimated thousands of dollars just to isolate the leak. American Leak Detection sent one man to do the work. He was personable and professional. He used a different drain for the test, easily lower than the one used by the previous plumber, and the water level didn't budge after 30 minutes. So it was a pass. I would recommend American Leak Detection in a heartbeat. They responded promptly, and both on the phone and in person were professional and courteous. Unlike the first leak detection service, they never made me feel like I was being scammed.
