First off let me start buy saying that, after calling six different companies, they were the only ones- that even gave me a shred of hope for getting it looked at today. On top of that they asked me if my home only had one unit, and if it was blowing cold at all. They really do care about there customers and there comfort. They scheduled me an open available time slot within 4 hours. They sent Cody Frost as my service tech, and after 5 minutes of related small talk, went right to work. Within 5 minutes found the problem, and another 10 to 15 min's the Ac was blowing cold again. After which walked around the house and answered all of my ques and concerns during that time I never felt that my ques were not answered in a non professional tone or manner. I highly recommend using this company. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous. I planned on upgrading and getting a full home 2 unit zoned system. My toilet became loose and tightening the bolts did not help. I thought the flange must have broken so I call Acts of Service Plumbing to have it repaired. They were very professional and honest, turns out the toilet only needed to be reset with a new wax ring. I will definitely use them in the future.
