We have had SoS plumbing come out to unclog our drain which was causing our washer to back flow. They are prompt and efficient. Because this had happened several times we had to get a scan of the lines and a pressure wash through them. They are quick to schedule and in line with pricing for their work. Highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for any plumbing repairs and will remember them if we have HVAC issues too.

We had a few plumbing issues and wanted to replace our downstairs toilets with chair height. Ricky Hudson was here promptly, went right to work and completed all the things we needed. Reasonably priced and quality work! Highly recommend!

They never got back to me. Bad customer service

Mullin came out twice for two separate issues. Head a different repair man each time, and both were professionals. They kept to COVID protocols and repaired the issues quickly. One faucet handle had a unique part which the repairman sourced at a local store. The icing on the cake, was when he walked past my home office, he saw my Navy plaques. Asking if I served and that I did, he OFFERED a military appreciation discount. I really do appreciate when that is offered, and I don't have to ask. Mullin will be our plumber.

I've been battling sewage backup for weeks and have had multiple people out. Hudson Plumbing was great and gave it their best efforts, but needed the line hydro jetted. Matt came and got it all cleared and checked the entire line all the way to the city main with their camera. There was a big stoppage of paper and waste close to the city main. Woohoo!!!!! We are up and running again! Roto Rooter quoted me $3000 saying I needed a trackhoe and dig up 8 feet down to replace the line. We did not! If you need your line cleared, use Charlie's Rooter! Never call Roto rooter! Matt had it done in 30 minutes or less
