First off, this might be pretty long. So, read if you like. We had a leak problem in the home. It was very noisy, and it needed to be tended. We called one company. They were convinced that it was a toilet problem (despite us telling them on the phone that we know toilets, and this wasn't a toilet problem). This first company came out, told us that it wasn't our toilet, and that they would send someone else out. After waiting more than a day, we gave up, paid them for their services, and called Half Moon. Half Moon was cordial, said they could come on Friday (this was on a late Wednesday afternoon), said they were assisting a church out of town the next day, but they would be out Friday. They said they'd call about 11, be out between 2-3pm. On that Friday, they called at 12:30 and said they would be there in 30 minutes. They showed up at 12:45 ready to work. They came right into the home, listened to our problem, understood what it was, and got right to work. The plumber, a good fella named Tommy, told us EXACTLY what he was doing before and as he was doing it. He showed us what we needed, asked us if it was ok to cut into the wall before doing it, and remained very professional throughout the process. From arrival to problem diagnosis to problem, it was less than 3 hours. It would've been done quicker, but we kept a delightful conversation going with him as he was working. I won't list the first company, but I would call Half Moon again and highly recommend them to anyone. Just remember, any price you pay comes with the price of the service. I don't, by any means, consider these guys pricey. But if it came to a job that they charged more than another company, I would call Half Moon again.......no questions.

Blake Robert arrived at the expected time. He was friendly and professional. He unclogged my bathtub and applied root killer. He.did a great job. I have no complaints.

Had an emergency hot water heater issue. Called Sunday morning and quoted 11:15 arrival. Not only was Gary early but was awesome. So knowledgeable and down to earth. Will definitely use this company again. They rock!!!!
