We had a on demand hot water tank installed with Acts of Service Plumbing. Totally 100% and above satisfied with the knowledge of what we were wanting and looking for, the time that was spent explaining everything, the on-time service, the cleanliness after the job was done, and the courteousness of Mr. Ricky Hudson. We were very pleased with the replacement of our 2 hot water heaters - from our first call to the final installation. We received quotes from 3 other companies and Allied's quote outbid the others and they gave us a very good estimate of what our cost was going to be with no hidden fees. We were in a hurry because of Thanksgiving and family members were going to be staying with us. Stile and Brian were out the next business day - on time and finished by early afternoon. They did a perfect job, were very professional and courteous and cleaned up after the installation. We will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

(Story for you!) Friday, 16 December 22, my wife went to the garage and literally screamed...Steve, we've got a BIG problem. At age 77, that's not what I like to hear! Water was flooding our garage from the area of our water heater. Wooten Plumbing was recommended to me by an owner of Innovative Air Pros (thanks, Cody!). I called called Wooten and explained the problem and they had two FINE young men at my front door within 1 1/2 hours. (they had earlier advised me how to turn the water off at the water heater.)
At that point, it was obvious I had to replace my water heater.
Bobby Manzo & and his sidekick, Dash, answered all my questions thoroughly so I could easily understand everything. Bobby offered that since he was on call and working the next day (Saturday), he'd deliver my new AO Smith water heater and install it...(...should be easily done in 2-3 hours.)...and have the old one hauled away. Saturday, 17 Dec, Bobby arrived on time as promised at 9:00am. Working alone, he got the old natural gas heater out and the new one installed...BEAUTIFULLY! I doubt the new installation could be any neater cosmetically or functional. Bobby and ALL the professionals I've dealt with from Wooten have been empathetic, responsive, understanding, pleasant, and gregarious to work with. (Let's not forget Samantha! On the phone, she could clearly sense my urgency and respond!). Certainly I haven't met all their technicians but my experience would suggest that Brian knows how to hire and keep people who are a credit to his business! Thanks, All!

I very much appreciated the great work done by the gentleman who installed my new sump pump (I wish I could remember his name). It was clear that he knew what he was doing and I was very impressed with how quickly the job was done, as well as with the quality of the work. I will call Torch again whenever I need any kind of plumbing service.

Ricky and his team did a great job replumbing our home. They took the extra time not many companies spend before and after the job to make sure it was done right.

They did great service and our service technician, Daniel I believe, went above and beyond. Some people had arrived to pick up a couch I was selling while he was working, and he jumped up and offered to help them carry it to their car!!! Nice guy! I don't do reviews often, but I wanted to make time for this because it is deserved.

I just wanted to say we had a slab leak somewhere in the slab had two other companies out before I called American Leak Detection Jimmy was the tech he was responsive and professional and very thorough. I am very pleased with Jimmy and American Leak Detection and would recommend again. I rebuild many house's covering the whole state and when I find someone good I sick with them.
