Air went out Saturday evening, earliest online appointment was Tuesday morning. After 2 nights with no air conditioning, called Monday morning and they got Seth out by 1:00 p.m. Ahhhhhh, It’s COOL again!!! Thank you so much!

Joe Robinson was the technician who performed the furnace check up and found everything in good order. I asked him to see if he could find any area where infiltration of dust from the attic might occur and found the installation of the duct work to be adequate and found no breaches.He suggested the I-wave R might improve the situation. I reviewed the literature and agreed to have the device installed.Joe was professional and knowledgeable and was willing to offer a suggestion that would improve my situation.

Ready Svs was called out by my home warranty service Co. AHS. When the technician arrived, he said he would be contacting the Warranty Co. and get back to me, but I never heard back. All this time, I am without water and it was a Friday afternoon when I contacted the office and spoke with Kim who advised the tech would be in touch with me by email and he was very busy and doing the best he can to cover everything. I never again heard from anyone from Ready Services. Now, I am learning that I have to pay $100 for a callout fee to this company which never responded to me. ...so they are getting paid for NOT doing their job. NEVER Will I EVER Use Their Services!

We have had very good service from Custom. We have been using them for 24 years. Alan was excellent. He was on time, found our air conditioner problem quickly and performed the required repairs. I highly recommend Custom.

Carl is a good guy. Had an accident and later apologized for not being able to make the appt.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
