Jan 15, 2018 Woke up Monday morning cold. Furnace not working. Very surprised how fast they were able to get out and replace igniter in furnace. Very pleased with their fast service. Highly recommend.

I've used Big C twice for unrelated issues. Once for a pipe that froze and then when roots got in the sewer line. Both times they came out in freezing weather in a timely manner and fixed the problems in under an hour. They also gave me DIY suggestions for the roots to avoid having to call again.

It was a Monday morning at 7:30am I called to get someone to come out and look at our hot water heater that had quit. Tech was here by 9:00am to look at it saw we would have to special order parts to fix what was needed. We decided to replace unit with new one and he had to run get unit came back and was done with job by noon. Highy recommend them for service.

I would AVOID these guys. I had a good experience with K&M Shillingford after having a bad experience with this company.
I called them out to my condo during the Artic Blast in Feb 2021 due to one of my heating units not working. The tech that came out said they couldn't do any work that day due to the setup of the system and they would have to come back another day. I was fine with them not being able to do the work due to the risk of having to shut off heating to other residents in the complex. However, they do a lot of work in my complex (so they know how the system is) and should have been familiar with this setup ahead of time. Additionally, per the call note on the invoice I told them it was a boiler system. They are also aware the units dont come originally installed with shutoff valves.
The problem came when I received a $125 bill for them spend 20 minutes here and tell me they can't do anything that day (to be clear I did not tell them they couldn't work, they told me they couldnt work). Additionally, I did not even get an answer on what the problem is, I was told it might be coil but they would not know until it was flushed (I already told them when I called that I thought it was the coil, as it shows in the call note on the invoice). So no help there.
I spoke with Scott Soder (whom appears to be the owner based off their website) about this and told him I don't think I should be paying $125 for a company to tell me they can't do the work (as stated above they should have known they wouldn't have prior to coming out) that day and where I got no value from their services. I asked that the invoice be voided if I am going to pay them to come out again and perform the work I originally called them out to do. He refused to cancel the invoice and even went so far as to threaten to file in small claims court if didn't pay it (lol).
They obviously don't care about retaining customers as they allowed a shoddy $125 invoice get in the way of likely $750+ in revenue and future referrals to other neighbors in my complex. Major red flag!

I had a clogged sink that I called Plumber Lakewood, Plumbing Lakewood A1 Services to unclog and they sent out someone ritgh away, one of the most professional plumbers I've ever met. He was efficient and cleared out my drain in no time. I will not hesitate to call them again if I have plumbing issues again.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
