APSCO performs the spring and fall check on our Air Conditioning and Heating system. The work done by tom Dragg is very efficient, professional, friendly and courteous. He meticulously checks all the equipment and fluids, filters, etc. He provides estimates and reasons for correcting deficiencies or parts.

Tom responds quickly to emergencies and questions. He offers time for me to get alternative bids and or advice from another provider. We have never had a problem or question concerning Tom's work or estimates. We consider the charges for service very reasonable.

My wife and I are delighted with APSCo and Tom Dragg's service.

I've used Big C twice for unrelated issues. Once for a pipe that froze and then when roots got in the sewer line. Both times they came out in freezing weather in a timely manner and fixed the problems in under an hour. They also gave me DIY suggestions for the roots to avoid having to call again.

I will not use another plumber! Cale is professional, reliable, reasonably priced and honest!!! I had a problem with my shower another plumber quoted $2,650.00 said he was going to have to tear the wall out etc. this was after I had to call him several times to get the quote. Cale came and looked at the issue order the part and had it fixed in 10 minutes once he got the part. No demo required! $400 and that was mostly the part cost. This is your guy if you need a plumber.

Germond came out to do our annual service on our heat and air unit. He as on time and very professional. I will certainly ask for him in the future.

Requested a quote for a small leak on my sewer pipe under my house. (up to a 8' section of pipe). I would strongly discourage from choosing Wooten for a quote. I was told that if I proceed forward with the quote then the $57 fee would be waved. All I wanted was a simple 3 pipe section replace. Of course I'm not going to go with a $17K quote to replace a $10 part.
My wife and I are both retired and are trying to make repairs to our homedue to the flooding and don't appreciate the feeling of being taking advantage of.

Granted it's only $57 dollars. But the money is not the point.

We suffered a broken main water line into our house from the recent winter storm. Markim was able to come out within 24 hours of our call to repair our line. We were given estimates of days or even weeks before we could get a plumber from the big shops in town.
They were able to quickly find the line and dig down to it (it was deeper than code required and close to 4 feet deep) and repair it. They also fixed a water line to one of our toilets that was clogged from the sediment that was in the water lines from the broken pipe.
We will be using them as our go to plumber moving forward.

Service was on time, good communication, fast work.
