I have been using this company approximately 4 years for HVAC and they have always exceeded my expectations. I recently used them for electrical services to install a couple of ceiling fans and under cabinet lighting. The tech was neat and orderly and the outcome was better than I expected. Water heater began leaking on a weekend. Phoned several 24 hour plumbing companies after having to wait 5 hours for home warranty company to give permission. Answering service for all of them, however when I got return call, Torch’s owner Josh was speaking to me. He answered all my questions and told me how to turn off the water on the hot water tank, no other company gave me any suggestions. He also quoted the best price. Raúl and another plumber came to install my new tank the next Monday. Raúl was patient in talking with my home warranty company and gave them the information they requested, absurd as the questions were. Raúl answered all my questions, explained the upgrades needed and checked my turn off valve in my house. Overall from start to finish Torch was very professional and I highly recommend them.

I needed some work done so my new dryer could be installed, they did the work and installed my new dryer. The technician that came out was very nice and got everything done i needed in a short time. We had a clog that we couldn't get rid of for days in our kitchen sink. They fit me in almost last minute and made time to fit my schedule.
