When our water heater went out, Chris worked us into his schedule quickly and installed a new water heater on Saturday. The installation went well and we had hot water again after only a day and half from the initial failure.

Eric Critchnau looked at the job that needed repairing (leak in outdoor sprinkler system) and quickly provided a quote for services. He indicated he would do his best to not disturb the surrounding yard more than necessary and was very careful in removing the sod from the area above the leak. We had a leak in our kitchen that went out to the carpet in our daughters playroom. I called here to get a quote and was informed that a quote would cost around $45 and if I wanted them to fix the problem that quote price would not be charged. They came in and found that the leak was an easy fix (screwing the faucet hose back in). I was not given a quote and they fixed something I could have easily done and charged me $89! I was not about to challenge 2 grown men who are obviously crooks with just me and my 1 year old daughter at home. This place was a huge disappointment!
Not to mention they didn't even fix the problem which was the garbage disposal leaking. We had a very reasonable and professional from Aspen Plumbing come out the next day and FIXED all leaks.

He was efficient, fast, and knew exactly what to do.

They called back immediately when we needed their help. Josh communicated with us from the initial phone call to the diagnosis of the problem. I'd say the first visit was as much about building trust as well as fixing the problem. He did both well. He is now the guy we call instead of paging through the yellow pages.

Rich & Co. did an OUTSTANDING job replacing old galvanized plumbing throughout my kitchen. They were very careful and meticulous in their operation, especially as they sawed through my hardwood and hammered through the slab...all while keeping the remaining space and cabinets in great shape.

This was not an easy job and very stressful at times, but they assured me not to worry and they get it handled. I HIGHLY recommend using American Leak, no matter how difficult or stressful the job. True professionals!
