When I phoned Half Moon I was immediately taken care of. It was later in the day and still they scheduled my appointment for the same day. Tommy sent me a text to let me know he was on his way and it was sooner than i had expected, which was great. He allowed me to watch and explained everything I was seeing on his camera. He fixed the problem quickly, explained what had happened and why it happened. I will use Half Moon again, if needed. I will recommend them and Tommy any time .

I called a few plumbers around Tulsa to help with a full reinstall of my existing plumbing as the individuals I had bought the house from installed everything incorrectly. Honestly my review is not about the service. No it's about how you have taken over an entrance to a residential neighborhood. If it's not your vans causing problems then it's the workers vehicles that are parked all along the opening. Y'all cut people off pulling into your parking lot yes notice the quotations or they get cut off with your vans pulling out. I've lived in the neighborhood for over 15 years and I'm honestly just sick and tired of you treating a neighborhood like your personal parking lot. Maybe you should have got a building with and actual parking lot and not an old house. Just got cut off by a lady in a silver car that sped out of the lot as I was already turning down my street. It's unprofessional and a big safety hazard.

Had clogged kitchen drain so called AAA. Took trap apart under sink to run auger. Told had 50’ auger; later found ran only 25’. Unable to clear blockage. Suggested hydro jetting; asked price several times and never got answer. Said options were to pour sulfuric acid in drain (with all safety concerns) or hydro jet with $500 minimum price.
Called Roto Rooter; sent Tech Dallas Campbell who had drain opened within 15 minutes and charged $147
Paid AAA $100 for accomplishing NOTHING

Water started coming in the house through the shower and bathtub Friday about 4pm. I called Mullin and the technician on the phone actually tried to tell me what to do in order to fix the problem free of charge. I did not have the tools to fix it, so a technician was sent to the house to clean out the main line. Brandon (the technician) arrived in about 30 minutes and knew exactly what the problem was. He was very polite and explained everything as he went. I was quoted $208.00 over the phone as an estimate and was actually charged less than half the amount quoted. I am very pleased with the work and service and will use Mullin again for all future plumbing needs.

Plumber Mike and his team always come to our rescue even on Sundays! He quickly fixed our water heater that was leaking everywhere. He has fixed gas leak and a really big slab leak. He is friendly and honest! I have recommended him to all my friends. Mike is going to unclog our French drains next.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
