Gary has been doing all the plumbing work for all of our rental properties for a couple of years now. He does great work for a very reasonable price and is very responsive. And I do not recall a project yet that turned into a much bigger job than he estimated, which is pretty common with a lot of others I've dealt with. He has seen it all and knows what to do and what to expect. I'm very happy with him and his helpers!

Jess was a lifesaver after the Fathers Day storm. After experiencing extreme damage to my home from a fallen tree I had a gas leak. Jess found the leak and took proper steps with the city to get my gas turned on. An inept representative came from ONG to turn the gas back on. Unable to light the water heater ONG advised me to call a plumber. Jess came back and lit the water water and aced the day. Highly recommend him.

This Company is amazing and they are my go to company for any heating, cooling or plumbing issues!!Every tech that we have ever had the pleasure to work with, have been knowledgeable and professional. They are truly a gem of a company, and exactly what a small business owner strives for. I cringe at the thought of any home repairs when it comes to the heating and cooling system. But with this company, I am truly amazed at their quick responses, professionalism, honesty , respectfulness and Beyond reasonable priced.We had an issue that was a leaking pipe in our attic, and we not only did they get to my house within 30 minutes, from when I made the call, on a Friday morning. The tech diagnosed and fixed my problem and only charged the service fee!! Which was 59.00! Because of their promptness, they probably saved me thousands in repairs if i had to wait on someone to come out the following week!!!

I have used these guys 2 times both times they were on time and did a great job . There prices were very reasonable for the work they did theses guys are not afraid to get dirty.

I've used Charlie's Rooter for many years. They always show up on time and solve the problem quickly. Prices are reasonable. More than once they have shown up at night, on a weekend or a holiday.

Christmas Eve both toilets backed up and one tub. We spent over 2 hours trying to remove the clog with no success. Our home has a history of roots blocking the main line. We had a house full of guest and no working toilets. Merry Christmas to us! So we called at 12:20 am for help. Roto-rooter arrived fairly quickly and was able to unclog our line within 15 mins, but continuedto work to make sure the line was clear futher down the line. We were so thankful and Alex was very courteous. We cleaned up and was in our bed near 2:30. Everyone was thankful. Working toilets and showers once again! It was worth every penny to have our plumbing functional again. Thank You for being available no matter what time of day or night or what day of the year.

Cleaned an in jammed garbage disposal

After another plumber failed to show up, I called Alert Plumbing and they scheduled a service call first thing the next morning. Fair prices based on work that is completed competently. Already have plans to use them again.

Highly recommend this company! They were honest and fair and could have charged a giant fee for a leak but instead charged the minimal amount and gave us a simple fix to do ourselves! Will always use them!

They charged a woman over 10k to replace her main line, and did such a terrible job, her entire basement was flooded with sewage. The woman was 96 years old, and was unable to go down her stairs, so she had no idea it was happening until I told her.
