The pressure in the main waterline to my 27 year old house was way too high. Chris installed a pressure regulator and a main cut off valve and replaced the connection parts to current industry standards. Chris is very professional and service was prompt. He did a good job, is kind and seemed to really care that everything was just right before he left. No more worrying about the water pipe breaking. My plumbers were excellent! They demonstrated the highest integrity and professionalism in how they conducted my case. My situation involved multiple layers of analysis and trips to my home. They were quick and consistent in letting me know how things were developing throughout the crisis. When they saw that a city pole might be blocking my sewage, they contacted the city immediately. Once the city served their pole, my problem went away. I got the report from the plumbers and the front office in a timely manner. Because of their honesty and integrity, my bill was greatly reduced. This meant a lot to me since my plumbing problems went on from Christmas until right after the New Year. They fixed my issue by removing huge clusters of tree roots; then, a week later, a handy man accidentally clogged my pipes again. They came out and quickly resolved that issue in a timely manner with as little expense as possible. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I cannot say enough about the treatment I received. They came out the day I called about frozen pipes. They ended up replacing a cracked pipe. They were very speedy!! Then the next day I had another crack in a different pipe and they came out within 2 hours and fixed it. They only charged me for material the 2nd trip.

I've been battling sewage backup for weeks and have had multiple people out. Hudson Plumbing was great and gave it their best efforts, but needed the line hydro jetted. Matt came and got it all cleared and checked the entire line all the way to the city main with their camera. There was a big stoppage of paper and waste close to the city main. Woohoo!!!!! We are up and running again! Roto Rooter quoted me $3000 saying I needed a trackhoe and dig up 8 feet down to replace the line. We did not! If you need your line cleared, use Charlie's Rooter! Never call Roto rooter! Matt had it done in 30 minutes or less

Richard was amazing, kind, courteous, and prompt. Our water heater went out and he was able to replace it promptly. He cleaned the area and hauled off our old water heater. He’s knowledgeable, thoughtful, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him! It’s nice to have someone we can count on for our plumbing needs who is dependable.

24hr service is a must I think for a service company. Plumbing issues don't adhere to a schedule :( thank goodness for this company they answered and promptly got on task. Thank you Thank you!!!

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
