We called Drain Masters about a clogged tub drain and were very grateful that Ricardo came over right away and unclogged the drain very quickly. Wonderful service and a great person too. Such a pleasure to meet someone who really cares. We'll definitely ask for Ricardo next time we need plumbing help!

Fusion came highly recommended by a neighbor of mine. From the moment of my initial call to the completion of the service done, I felt taken care of by the Fusion team. Kyler and Eddie did a great job of thoroughly diagnosing the issues with my AC unit and providing the repair needed to get it back in working order. I plan to continue to use Fusion for all of my AC needs.

AC/heat unit installed 5 years ago and EVERY year had to have someone come fix something. Two third party companies came out and said the units 1, weren’t even installed correctly. 2, Aren’t matching units to work together correctly. And finally they were missing parts.

I will happily be contacting the bbb, HVACI as well as the Arizona attorney general.

I called Best Price Plumbing to install a dishwasher since our house didn't have one. They came out and took a look and quoted me a great price. We scheduled the install for a couple of weeks after that and they came out and installed it. They were on time and great to work with. They got everything done and it looks amazing! I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and my experience this week has fused my loyalty to Intelligent Design. My air conditioner capacitor stopped working and with one phone call their Technician Kevin was at my door 20 minutes later. When they were unable to locate a needed part Kevin brought in a portable air conditioner to keep us comfortable. When we discovered my house layout could not accommodate the exhaust hose, the owner Andrew, arranged to have us placed in a Comfort Inn Suite near our home and foot the bill. The unit is now replaced through financing that worked within my budget and is much more energy efficient! Technicians Jacob and Sammy worked from 8 in the morning until 6 at night through monsoon humidity to ensure my home would be cool and comfortable for the night. I also have a water softener system through Intelligent Design that has significantly made a difference in water quality for my family and appliances. I am grateful for the attention to detail, ability to work with my budget by offering different financing plans and the ways in which they accommodate personal needs like, finding a hotel that accepts pets. Intelligent Design has won my loyalty .

Roy was superb! Professional, timely and knew exactly what needed to be done. We were in a crunch on a Sunday and he did an amazing job of getting things corrected and running quickly. Great knowledge and ethical - hard combination to come by these days - highly recommend!!

I sent them several text questions regarding a leak I needed to have repaired. They never responded.

Another company, Taz Plumbing, called back within 5 minutes and was out to do the repair, on a Saturday, within an hour.

What a difference between the two companies!

Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

Woke up to water all over my laundry room. Realized it was the water heater. Called some companies and most said it would be 2-3 days to get out to me. Rocky from Aarow Plumbing was the only company that was able to fit me in that day. They arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected and looked at my issue. Sure enough it was the water heater. He had another job to get to but offered to pick up the new water heater for me and bring it back to install it. I was at a loss for words!! He picked it up for me, brought it to my house and installed it for me and took away the bad one). He did this after 8 o'clock at night. You can really tell Aarow Plumbing cares about their customers. Called in the morning and fixed in the same day!! Rocky deserves 10 stars!!!! Do not hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed!!!

A leak had developed where a previous repair had been done, and Cummings sent Jeremy out within a few hours. He was extremely efficient and had things fixed very quickly, even though he had to run to the store for parts. Plus, he left the area totally clean. Couldn’t ask for better service.

These guys are awesome! I just moved here about a year ago and have now found my go-to plumber 👨‍🔧 I have used them multiple times from a hot water heater emergency, updating all my faucets and fixing my outdoor drainage. All their technicians are nice guys and even when you call is just a class act. This is how a local business should be run. I can only imagine the owners are really stand up people as well, can’t run a business this superb and not be 👍

Fast service. My technician Alex Wickstrom was very friendly came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Will for sure use them again
