We have used Zing Plumbing on at least 3 occasions. First time I was trying to replace a shower cartridge and it would not budge. Called another plumber who quickly threw in the towel. Called George at Zing and he was able to get things fixed.
Used Zing another time for my in-laws pressure test and to update their plumbing. George was very patient with my in-laws who were both dealing with Alzheimer's.
The 3rd time was to give some advice on the gas fittings for our oven. He was able to troubleshoot it and point me in the right direction.
I would use Zing again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them if you have plumbing issues.

Cody and billy were excellent. Water heater was not working properly called on Sunday and spoke with Cody came out 1st thing Monday morning installed new heater went over all specifics and reviewed on how to flush tank awesome service highly recommend Cody and billy and drsinmasters

Dave is friendly and professional, and his work is of high quality. He replaced several rusted/leaky pipes/faucets outside and installed a PRV. I'm very satisfied with his work and would recommend his service.

I finally had to replace my aircon unit and did not hesitate to contact Idesign. The Lifetime Warranty assured me that my home will be covered and taken care of by Intelligent Design Airconditioning and plumbing.

Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

Rocky was beyond awesome and so so loved Christie. Absolutely love a woman who knows how to answer tech questions w/o having to consult a tech. Was in such a horrible place. Water heater down and the day before Tucson got snow my furnace went down too. Arrow couldnt help with my water heater within my perameters but turned me on to some one who was out that day to fix my furnace. They are awesome people and, not that I want something to break, but should it happen I will definately call them first. Cant say enuf good stuff bout Arrow

Vernon loyd was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He began with looking at the problem, gave us a quote and we said go ahead and start. We have bi-annual inspections, filter changes and cleaning of our commercial HVAC systems in two buildings on our non-profit campus. I appreciate Dean, our Technician, who is thorough, explains things, and gives us information to plan for future service and possible parts replacement with the age of our units.
