Couldn’t get my hot water heater pilot light to stay lit. They came out to my house and lit the pilot light. They were there less than seven minutes and charge me $70. Nothing was repaired or replaced. They just pushed a button and charged me $70. These guys are a complete rip off. Call anybody else.
Update: not surprisingly the pilot light went out again within less than 12 hours. I keep having to relighting it. Now they will not return my calls. What a waste of my time and money. I didn’t pay $70 for you to do what I can do, I paid to have it fixed.

First time using Zing plumbing. The technician Aaron arrived on schedule. Aaron was cordial and engaging tech. He looked at the problem and after getting approval from the warranty company immediately began the work. Finished very quickly and the job was done right, Neve used them before, but based on the initial first impression I would not have a problem having this company on my plumbing speed dial.

My AC/Heating system was installed in January. The thermostat was locked and I couldn't get it to cool down. When the July temp inside the house was hitting 82-84 and wouldn't cool down, I called the company for help as even following the instruction guide didn't help. They sent techinition, Elmo Acosta. He came that day, found that the thermostat was locked and could not be unlocked easily, so he replaced it and then checked the unit deciding to increase the fan was on low and set it higher. What difference! We are now enjoying life at 79 degrees.

He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

The owner Robert is very knowledgeable and always willing to help out with tricks and hints over the phone before they have to come out. I can't say the same for any other plumbing businesses out there. And his son Rocky is just as knowledgeable. I mean how could he not be just as good as his dad. it was extremely expensive, and extremely over priced . my plumber friends laugh at me when i tell them what cummings charged and what i paid, when i had an issue with some of the work that was done they couldn't keep the appointment time that was scheduled after sitting home waiting all day for the plumber to come
