Sean and his crew were absolutely amazing! Sean came yesterday for a quote and they did the work today. I am so pleased with them and their work. Very friendly employees who were awesome even while working around our 5 dogs. Just amazing!!!

Living in AZ can be brutal and the pure fear of your air conditioner not working in the middle of the night is one of the worst feelings especially when you have children and animals who depend on you to keep them comfy. We had several plumbers come out to our home to provide an estimate or guidance on how to repair our water lines. We own a tri level home so the project was not a welcomed or easy one! Cesar came out provided quality guidance and was willing to take on the challenges we presented! After the job was complete we were more than pleased with the service! Very disappointed with this event. Called Strongbuilt due to a Navien tankless water issue. We had no hot water and an error code on the unit. After waiting all day (arrived at around 5 pm.) for a service tech, the tech arrived and obviously wasn't that familiar with Navien water heaters as he was consulting for several minutes by phone as to how and what to look at. After 20 minutes or so we were informed that we needed parts and repairs with an estimate from $1200 to as high as $1500! Technician informed us we would get a call with further information. We paid $88 and the tech departed. I decided to research myself and proceeded to clean 2 screen filters in the unit by the Navien manual instructions, reassembled turned power on, and code cleared, and we had hot water back after 15 minutes of work. STILL working great after a week! What did we pay $88 dollars for!I will review a 2nd visit separately for a descaling and water filter change.

They did a major water line replacement for a client. I had checked the progress of the work and the plumbers we excellent in showing what they did and were very detail orientated. Afterwards they also flushed out the lines of any dirt. Great company.
