I had a clog in the laundry line. The issue was cleared out. Just past the one year warranty the same issue occurred. I wish they would have tried to discount the next visit to make it right. The Problem coming back right at the one year mark means the issue was not fixed. Once a line is cleared it should stay cleared for several years. Too bad. The staff were really nice and were also tipped above the price they quoted. I'll try anot her company next time.

We saw the five star rating for Zing and called for a problem we had with sink and were advised that George would call us back for appointment about 1 hour later we spoke with George and he said they would be out at the house by 5 oclock and he came right on time. he was very personable and got down to business taking care of the sink. We as seniors were surprised at how very nice we were treated. He was knowledgeable and fast. Completed the job and asked if we needed other work while he was there. The charge was very reasonable and did not take advantage of us as seniors. I would definitely call them again. Thanks Zing Plumbing

We called Bio Remedies about clogged kitchen and bathroom sinks. They responded promptly, and they knew exactly how to fix everything. I had four old gate valves, underneath my kitchen sink, replaced with four quarter turn ball valves. Rick and Reynaldo had all four valves replaced in only 45 minutes. The fee was reasonable. The office was very responsive and scheduled me within a week since it wasn't a leak situation. They called before arriving and were very professional. I definitely will use Expert Plumbing again.

We had MacInnis plumbing service a leaking toilet when we moved in around the end of November. The initial issue was that the toilet was leaking water. The technician informed us that the gasket between the tank and the bowel had failed and the gasket was leaking. During the repair, the technician dropped the tank of the toilet. The toilet is being replaced with an equal model, and the owner himself called to apologize and resolve the issue. Great service. Thank you.

Austin responded within 10 minutes of me leaving a message, and was very professional. He replaced the broken cartridge in my faucet within 15 minutes and was 100% reasonable in price! Would totally recommend!

Mr. B is awesome and honest! He took the time to figure out a very odd tub installation that was done incorrectly by someone else and he solved the problem. If I ever need plumbing help, he's the first person I'll call. I highly recommend him.
