During a routine plumbing check, Albert discovered that the water heater I'd had installed 8/19 had not been screwed in properly. (the screws were actually missing) He explained how potentially dangerous this was and fixed it. I'm very grateful for his thoroughness and professionalism in preventing a possible disaster. He should be commended and recognized for this above and beyond measure.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. Ken and Steve were both incredibly professional, kind, and competent. They fixed our issue in one visit and actually diagnosed something that was not straightforward and the solution will cost us $10 for the part. This is a family owned and run business and I will absolutely use them again!

Curtis Plumbing has always done an amazing job at my house, whether it was something complex that required a high level of technical skill (it has been a few times), or more common stuff like clogged drains. The people on the phone and all the plumbers I've met have been very friendly and very professional. The last time I needed help, Matt went above and beyond with what he did. Two years ago Norm came riding to my rescue! My water heater sprung a leak and water was rushing all over my garage and in to my guest room! What's worse was I had a broken foot in a cast and couldn't turn off my own water! Norm hadn't met me before but he was there super fast turning off the water, replacing the water heater, and helping me get the restoration people out to start repairs. The two things I loved about meeting Norm were his customer service and just how much he educated you about your plumbing issue.

Superior Plumbing did not respond with a quote to fix my plumbing issue.
