George and Aaron are awesome. We had a huge job to access and repair our damaged sewer pipe that included excavation, porch rebuilding, re-tiling, tear down and replace outdoor stairs and walls, sidewalk, re-painting etc etc.
This is an expensive job no matter what. George and his crew made sure we understood the scope of everything, provided a number of alternatives and always stayed in communication so that there were no surprises and any problems arising could be taken care of quickly during the process. Great professional team, punctual, thoughtful, considerate and always putting themselves in their customers shoes to ensure every need is met. Thank you guys and we wish you all the best!

He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. Edit: We had our plumbing inspection today and it went great! Billy replaced some stuff for each toilet and scheduled another appointment for a bigger, 2 guy, job next week. He was very informative and cleared up some info we got from another plumber. Billy is awesome! We are requesting him from now on! Thanks Billy 💙We called Goettl because our AC was freezing over constantly. Unfortunately it's not repairable but Benton was amazing and told us all of our options with purchasing a new AC unit. We love this company and will be returning for the foreseeable future. Thanks Benton!! 💙

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

As my grandpa used to say, They ain't cheap. But that's not the whole picture with these guys. They set a high bar for responsiveness, timeliness and customer service. That's what you're payiing for, in addition to professional performance and high quality products. Did I pay too much? Sure. If I had gone out and bought a similar disposal and hired a handyman vs. a licensed plumber to install it. But would I have felt as comfortable that it was done right? I doubt it. This is a high-quality company do high-quality work for a premium price. I'd use them again anytime.

We can't recommend Swanson plumbing enough! They offered friendly service and were so easy to do work with. They gave accurate timeframes for our large project and completed it better than we could have imagined! We will definitely be using Swanson Plumbing again, thank you!

Brian was a smart knowledgeable technician. He was polite and helpful and he resolved my problem. I recomme him very highly.

Landlord contacted them to fix tub faucet. About 3 weeks later they finally called me we set an appointment. He came and didn’t have the part, said he would be back next day. No show and no call. Called them again to reset appointment. He fixed the handle but didn’t have the diverted needed for the faucet. Said he would be back “next week”. No show, no call. Called again, he said he would be out on Thursday. No call, no show an hour after appointment time. Called him again, said he would be out Friday. Called them Friday morning to get time frame, was to be between 1 and 3. By 4:45 I was calling him AGAIN, he said he would call me back in about 20 min. Right now it has been 30 min. And no call or sign of him. This guy has no respect for others time. This is not a major repair job, it only took him 10-15 min. To replace the part he did. Shouldn’t take more than that to replace the part I’m still waiting to be replaced.
