Best Water Leak Repair in Tucson AZ

The owner, Mary, is incredibly rude. Last night I called to inquire as to why our water had gotten shut off for the 3rd time this week without any notification. She immediately got and attitude told me that they don't deal with that I should call my landlord and gave me and very sarcastic Okay? Thanks. Then this morning when our water got shut off again, I called our property management company. Drainmasters had not told them that they were coming back and shutting off our water. When I called to ask Drainmasters again, Mary started yelling at me and saying rude things like Oh, honey.. (Rudely and sarcastically). I will never recommend this company just because Mary can't deal with other people. If you can't handle complaints, you shouldn't be dealing with customers. She never even apologized for the inconvenience.

I called Picture Rocks Heating and Cooling for help, and was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and understanding expressed by the person answering the phone. She immediately arranged for a Picture Rocks Cooling advisor, Mr. Ryan Shirley, to visit with me to determine what power, kind, and unit was needed and at the very best price. Mr. Shirley is obviously experienced and his recommendations were more than reasonable than expected.
Picture Rocks Cooling technical personnel are fast and super efficient. Jaime and his team are also very punctual, arriving exactly on time.
I am extremely pleased with the service we received from Picture Rocks Cooling.

Way over charges, just didn't want to do the work

AJ and Rocky are absolute rockstars. They arrive on time, with a huge worktruck with all their gear needed- no hour long trips to HomeDepot. Well...I will certainly never call again for service. My house wasnt cooling properly and thinking it just may need servicing. Maybe top off the freon. I was told by your service techs that i need to replace the compressor and the coil for a total of $7000.00!! The split unit didnt even cost 3600.00. Luckily I found paperwork on AC. Turns out my mothers oxygen concentrator and tv and others were warming the house. My AC is cooling the house just fine now those things are no longer in use. What a rip off!!
