Best Water Heater Repair in Tucson AZ

I had a clog in the laundry line. The issue was cleared out. Just past the one year warranty the same issue occurred. I wish they would have tried to discount the next visit to make it right. The Problem coming back right at the one year mark means the issue was not fixed. Once a line is cleared it should stay cleared for several years. Too bad. The staff were really nice and were also tipped above the price they quoted. I'll try anot her company next time.

We have been using this company for years. They absolutely know what they are doing. They are honest, trustworthy, show up on time, are willing to answer your questions and do not over charge. The owner and the folks that work for him truly do care about you the customer. They will put you first and will never over charge you. They stand by their work. If there are any problems they will work them out with you. You can't go wrong by hiring this company. I can't say enough good things about them.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Worse service ever, multiple phone calls and no one ever calls back. They are supposed to finish a job they started months ago. Even cancelled when they were supposed to show up to finish. I don't recommended them

Dave changed out every faucet in our home, including 2 bath and shower sets. He was professional, courteous and friendly. His work was excellent, and he was a joy to have in our home. We very highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Andrew was from the onset professional and personable, he took the time to design a system for our home replacing outdated 'contractor grade' unit with a Lenox system taking into consideration our solar panels on the roof and the amount of electricity generated off setting with a system that is highly compatible and affordable. Service calls $79.00, that cheaper then most.Only had to wait one day for services most were 3 days out.Thank goodness it wasn't emergency.We need to have a few same things done for house inspection.Our service guy was on time ,knowledgeable and disagreed with the inspects report..He wrote everything down to certify all he done so we could forward. to realtor.He was sociable and easy to work with.I would recommend them to anyone.

Awe full service, it's takin 3 weeks to remedy our sewer blockage and still have no toilets in our building, the communication sucks, promptness sucks, when told a day they would be there it never happens, this is not how to run a company.is this how you treat all customers? 4 days later and still have not got a price to complete the work that was started weeks ago.i just don't get it!!!!!!!!! My advice to anyone reading this is call someone else and pay the difference.

Cummings was able to see us same day to fix a leak. They even arrived early and let us know when they were on the way. The job looks great and the issue was fixed to meet or exceed our expectations

Just want to thank these guys for doing such a superb job. Dillon was efficient, on time, and went above and beyond to diagnose the dilemma and repair it in the same trip.

I asked them to look at my AC unit and provide an estimate for why it’s blowing warm. Before the tech even told me what was wrong, he showed me the payment options and said this is what it would cost. Sure enough, that was the option for $1800 (including 8 years of maintenance which I did not ask for). I told him I was very confused by the quote, he asked, “I thought you made the appointment because you wanted it fixed?” After voicing my complaint (I wasn’t shy about it), I declined. After he left, the tech called later to say he could do it for much cheaper. Talk about pressure to upsell!
