Best Water Heater Installation Repair in Tucson AZ

There was a clogged pipe that we needed help with, we called DrainMaster's and Zach arrived and took care of it! Response time and service time was very quick!

I was told that they were unable to run a snake over about two feet. So the next choice was to use a water jet or air jet maybe a combination of both and the cost would be $400 and some odd dollars. If this is standard practice, some would call it Bait and Switch.

I will be using them for a project soon. They are amazing and knowledgeable. Frank Lundin has been a great contact for me, and everyone else as well.

They replaced an Ice Box Valve and patched up the cut out in the wall, they did an excellent job and my Home Warranty covered it

Noble Plumbing did a pre-purchase home inspection. Once we moved in, they came in to do 1 of the 2 items discovered (previous homeowner took care of #2). Even better he explained ways we could save money and about other options that Intelligent Designs offers. When he left he gave me his card and told me that if we ever needed anything with our AC or Heater he’d be here. You could really tell that he was knowledgeable, cared about making sure a job was done correctly, and that there were no unnecessary charges. I greatly appreciated his service and know now who to call when we need anything fixed or maintained.

I sent them several text questions regarding a leak I needed to have repaired. They never responded.

Another company, Taz Plumbing, called back within 5 minutes and was out to do the repair, on a Saturday, within an hour.

He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

Awe full service, it's takin 3 weeks to remedy our sewer blockage and still have no toilets in our building, the communication sucks, promptness sucks, when told a day they would be there it never happens, this is not how to run a company.is this how you treat all customers? 4 days later and still have not got a price to complete the work that was started weeks ago.i just don't get it!!!!!!!!! My advice to anyone reading this is call someone else and pay the difference.
