Our kitchen drains backed up after years of sludge build up. I called at 8 pm on Wednesday night and Mary answered and was pleasant and professional. I said it could wait until next day. Thursday morning Mary called and asked what would be a good time. We agreed to 8:30. Manny arrived 5 min early and fixed the problem quickly. He was also professional and pleasant and the price was fair. We would use them again and we highly recommend this company. By the way, one of our best friends who is also a custom home builder told us to call them in the first place.

Kyle, Chris and Martin were very professional and efficient they did great work I recommend them to anybody and will use them again if I need to.

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

I want to give a shout out to Anthony at Knight Owl Publishing! We have had quite a bit of rain recently and the leak was hard for me to detect but when you see puddles in AZ you have a problem. I called on Friday and Anthony came out that evening and gave me a quote and then said he would be able to come out on Sunday. On Saturday Anthony called asking if it would alright if he came over to fix that evening - heck “yes” was the answer. He fixed the leak and returned all back to normal and cleaned up the entire mess. Thank you Anthony your response to my situation was much appreciated!

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

My plumber recommended this company to me and I found them honest and capable. Everything, including cost, was clearly explained to me and my concerns about the durability of my seventy-year-old sewer line were eased. It was fascinating to watch the live feed from the camera as it scoped out the entire length of the clay sewer line both before and after it was hydro-jetted clean. Absolutely all the tree roots were gone and the sewer line was good as new. They have a lot of experience with perma-lining, which I would like to have done someday.

Our plumber, Scott, was knowledgeable and accommodating. When the sink and faucet didn’t fit perfectly, he made it so by problem-solving a solution. I especially appreciated him identifying issues and offering solutions without “selling” me something I didn’t need. I would call Curtis again without hesitation.

Austin was awesome. I had received several estimates for major plumbing repairs that were in the range of buying a car. Austin came, looked at the situation, assessed the locations involved in doing the repairs and gave me an estimate half of what the others were. Drain Medics arrived on the day and time they said they would be here. They did what they said they would, how they said they would and even did more than expected. They identified other issues and took care of it, because as Austin said “it’s the right thing to do.” They finished on time and cleaned up everything, leaving it looking better than it was when they arrived. Let’s not forget about Markland ( I hope I spelled it right) he was just as awesome as Austin. They both are the cleanest and most professional plumbers I have met and had the pleasure of hiring to work on my house. One day we had the whole company at our house and they all were fantastic. Drain Medics looks at the situation, takes the time to figure out the best way to correct it and does it. Definitely a company to hire if you need plumbing work done. These are guys that I would hire again if I need plumbers. Don’t hesitate to give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Rick, showed up on time, did the job (Kitchen Sink Drain Replacement) and it took less than a 1/2 an hour. Great job. Fair price. They are now my plunbers of choice if I ever need one.
