It was time for our annual A/C start up. The technician was on time and pointed out some future improvements to our system. JP seemed knowledgeable and outlined the options.My only issues are that I have had my maintenance contract for almost 10 years and have not never had the same technician. In addition, each technician has attempted to up sell a variety of products and services with varying degrees of urgency. My contract is up next year so we’ll see what happens .Patrick S.

We had double trouble - a hot water leak beneath the foundation slab, and it was time to replace our water heater. Rocky and his team (Jonathan and Lou) were on the problems quickly, and although the start was mid-afternoon, they stuck with their work into the evening until everyone was satisfied that the leak was definitely fixed. Incidentally, the leaking pipe was in a difficult place in very close proximity to a plastic drain pipe. Repairing the hot water copper pipe could have caused damage to the drain pipe, but Rocky worked cautiously and meticulously to ensure that all was well in the end. Even filled and sealed that slab when the repair was completed. Best of all, the cost was was more than fair compared to the estimates we had received from other companies. AArow will definitely be our go to plumber from now on.

All of my interactions with them were very professional - from the first phone contact to their quick email response, to their preliminary visit to my home to discuss the installment of a water softer system to the actual completion of the work. The staff were great to work with, their communications were very timely, and most important, their work was outstanding! I highly recommend them as a company! A very polite, professional guy who knew his business. I had the $57.95 voucher, and that’s all it cost me. No hidden fees at all. We have had a number of major plumbing, whole house water treatment, and furnace and air conditioning jobs performed by Strongbuilt Plumbing and Air over the past several years, and all aspects of the jobs performed have been outstanding. They came out to run my 4 main line. The guy pulls a small drain snake off his truck meant to run an 1 1/2 pipe runs it ten feet down the drain pulls it back out with some tiny roots on it, and starts the hard sell on how we need to have him send a camera down our pipe and then have it jetted out at some crazy price. We paid him for pulling his equipment of the truck which was worth it to get him out of here. I called another company they came out pulled out a 3/4 snake and ran my line cleared the problem and left with $120.00 done. God help an elderly person or someone not savvy to their BS ways. BEWARE!!!
