We had to use Curtis Plumbing to re-install a water heater (Ram Plumbing completely botched the job--the water heater did not pass inspection and the gas company turned off gas to the house it was so unsafe. Ram refused to fix the installation). Curtis Plumbing fixed the issue in a timely manner AND, while still expensive, they came in several hundred dollars under their original quote. They were nothing but professional.

Al Coronado Plumbing installed and updated safety features, flushed hot water tank and secured pipes in kitchen. It was preventative work. The professional on-site was Eli Mann. Prior to the work, I was given a written and proposal detailing the work to be done, with options. The work was exceptional, professional, executed with experience and top quality materials. They were on time. This company also offers great warranties for their work.

This is the second time we have used Tucson Plumbing. Both times we have had very professional and excellent service. Our most recent visit dealt with Adidas and Lalo. Thank you for the prompt and efficient service.

Robert was friendly to me and my dog. He was professional and diligent about repairing my disposal. After many attempts to get the disposal working he installed a new unit which he had in his truck. Sergio replaced the main water valve and the PRV. He explained it part of it and offered that when the PRV failed in a few years, we could get a replacement for the inner parts and repaired that ourselves. Very professional and will use again for any plumbing issues.

When I had Taz plumbing come out in 2015, I was charged $750 to replace a small segment of pipe that had burst. I never had any plumbing services in this area between 2015 and today. Recently, we had a contractor come by for a different job and he noticed incidentally that a pipe in that location was still leaking and was fastened with a towel and a few pieces of string. The attached photos document this. A different local plumbing agency informed me that the resulting corrosion and water damage, shown in the attached photos, would cost $2000 - $3000 to fix.

Before I posted this review, I contacted the customer service line and received assurance that I would be called by management to attempt to resolve the issue. I received no response, and I posted the above review. Subsequently, I received a call from a manager who angrily informed me that there would be legal action upon me for my bad review. No investigation of the issue was performed whatsoever.

They have good customer service, really good customer service. Every tech that came out was nice and professional.
