They explained all the possibilities of repair and of course price of the job, this was a big undertaking at least thats what me and my wife thought but professionals made it look easy and the estimate was very very reasonable. Go with these guys every time! Had a clog in our shared/common kitchen line with our neighbors. The home warranty assigned a company that had no idea what they were doing. They told us that we did not have a sewer clean out, adding that would need to pay out of pocket to have one installed. Our HOA recommended calling Bio Remedies for a second opinion. I'm so happy I did. I spoke with both brothers who contacted me within minutes of submitting a query online, - Ken and Steve - who both confidently reassured me from the get-go that they could fix the issue without any installation! When Steve came out, he saw immediately that we had TWO sewer clean outs! The clog was fixed within minutes and the cost was cheaper than I could have imagined. Thanks, Bio Remedies! Great Company! My septic spit up junk all over my bathtub because I hadn't pumped it in years. Not only did they come out on the weekend to immediately give it a short-term fix, but the office manager answered all of my septic questions. I'm a city girl, so I had no idea that you need to pump it every six years, or so. Then they came back during the week, so I wouldn't have to pay the weekend rate, with two men, to pump the whole thing out, which was filled to the top. They were very nice and professional, and knew what they were doing. They didn't waste any time getting to work in our 100 degrees plus temperatures, and they even gave us a Senior Citizen discount. I was also happy that they cleaned up all their work, and left my backyard looking just like it did before they did the dig up.

Angelo is amazing and provided top-of-the-line in-the-moment service. I bought a new DW from Best Buy and it was installed yesterday afternoon (Sat). We woke up Sunday to a large and growing puddle of water in our kitchen and family room and I was desperate for help. After talking to 7 different people/departments at BB and getting a commitment for a visit on Thursday (in five days), I searched for help. Mr. Rooter wouldn't be able to make it until tomorrow. After finding them on the internet, I left Affordable Plumbing a message (even though he was listed as closed for the day) and Angelo called back in less than 10 minutes. He walked me through what I needed to do to stop the flow of water and was here at the house 20 minutes after that. The immediate problem was identified and solved within the half hour and I had clear instructions and a proper referral regarding what to do next to ensure there's no water damage to counters and floors. I felt served and supported and the contrast between Angelo's response time, ability and demeanor and the others my son's and I contacted earlier couldn't have been more different. I have already hired Angelo and his team to address an aging water heater and pump issue before it becomes a problem and feel safe, served and supported, confident that he will be an amazing asset going forward as well. I manage a Kennel Facility and when our draining system wasn’t draining properly and backing up, they came out less than 24 hours from our first call. They resolved the issue as soon as they could and even ran tests to make sure that they 100% resolved the issue and made sure to set up routine checks with us. We won’t be going anywhere else now!

I like Hydro Rooter and Plumbing because Jake gave a fixed price quote, is licensed, takes credit, and explained everything clearly. He and Chris were very personable, arrived promptly, and installed a replacement garbage disposal quickly and were very neat as well.

Ty was so respectful, kind, honest and knowledgeable. We had an amazing experience with not only the work he did but also how he treated myself and my husband. We will definitely be using the company again. And Ty was the standout employee for sure!
