Best Repair Water Heater in Tucson AZ

Had a toilet that was slow to fill, so thought I would replace the plunger myself. Quickly found a leaking pipe and plunger that was difficult to install, so decided to look for a skilled plumber. Found DrainMasters which is local and family-owned. They set an appointment and the plumber arrived with parts. Within 20 minutes, the toilet plunger was properly installed, and a new braided stainless flexible pipe and water pressure handle were both replaced and secured in place. Licensed plumber, Mike A. completed all T&C's -- tested & confirmed that the water pressure was appropriate and ensured no leaks. Mike A. brought the proper tools and worked diligently; he was respectful of my property and even cleaned the floor! Overall, an excellent job! I can confidently recommend DrainMasters in Tucson AZ.

George is knowledgeable, personable, courteous and smart! At his first visit he spent time assessing the situation and then gave me a written proposal about his plan to do the job. He arrived the next morning 5 minutes early and 8 hours later my yard was returned to its original state with a successful repair.

We just had brand new air conditioning system installed by Intelligent Design. Dave Farley and the owner Andrew came out multiple times during the estimation process to make sure that our new system will meet our needs. They did the air flow test to determine the proper tonnage for the house. We also sealed the duct work and removed the swamp cooler to improve the efficiency of the system and to improve the air quality inside the house (for asthma). We went with a wifi-compatible thermostat so that we can fix the temperature if our autistic son changes the temperature (he likes to set the heater to 90 degrees or cooler to 60 degrees when he is angry). They sent multiple teams out on installation day and the installation took only one day even though we have 2 air conditioning units. Immediately after the installation, the reduction of dust was very noticeable. Now we no longer need to dust the house every 2 days! A month later, as planned, Dave came out and did the final walk through. Even though Intelligent Design is not the cheapest, we went with them because of the confidence we have on the air flow test, the no surprise policy, and the 10 years part and labor warranty.

We had double trouble - a hot water leak beneath the foundation slab, and it was time to replace our water heater. Rocky and his team (Jonathan and Lou) were on the problems quickly, and although the start was mid-afternoon, they stuck with their work into the evening until everyone was satisfied that the leak was definitely fixed. Incidentally, the leaking pipe was in a difficult place in very close proximity to a plastic drain pipe. Repairing the hot water copper pipe could have caused damage to the drain pipe, but Rocky worked cautiously and meticulously to ensure that all was well in the end. Even filled and sealed that slab when the repair was completed. Best of all, the cost was was more than fair compared to the estimates we had received from other companies. AArow will definitely be our go to plumber from now on.

As always I was able to make an appointment for the same day. My A/C was acting up and not blowing cold. Zachari made it out to the house 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment window, was absolutely wonderful to work with. Explained what he was doing and had the problem fixed in a matter of minutes. He went the extra mile and stuck around to make sure that everything was working correctly, including taking the time to do a full inspection of the system. I have yet to have even a mediocre experience with Cummings. 10/10 would use again

Ryker lead the task and was a pleasure to task with. was upfront with explanations and options given throughout the whole process. Patrick is customer first and provided quality work. Prices were as originally quoted and reasonable.

We got a new AC unit after ours quit. Everyone we worked with start to finish was wonderful. Jason went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and everything was done in a timely fashion. The guys that installed the unit were so polite and informative. We honestly could not say enough good things or recommend the company more.
