Best Repair Water Heater in Tucson AZ

Ricardo showed up in a timely manner as promised, got right to work, and unclogged my drain. He answered all my questions, which was very helpful. Superior service and price to Roto Rooter; this company has a permanent place in my phonebook.

Fusion Plumbing was great, they came out the same day to service our A/C. Customer service and staff were very polite & professional. Our A/C is back up and running. We will definitely call Fusion for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

George was everything I had read in the hundreds of positive reviews I looked over before deciding to give him a call. Quick call back initially, came out to quote quickly compared to the couple plumbers that had a minimum week before they could quote, let alone turn around for a water mainline repair. Provided a range of options for quick fix vs replacement options. Discussed other less important plumbing issues I was having and scheduled for those within a week. Was flexible when I had to postpone being out of town. Realized the second issue wasn't as bad as initially suspected and didn't proceed with unnecessary replacement. Was helpful providing documentation for insurance. And maybe not much to some, remembered everyone's name in the house after having just said hi the first time meeting them and had great conversation with everyone on followup visits. Hopefully I don't have any more issues soon but will definitely not look elsewhere in the future (and after working with him, can just send a text or call cell directly instead of the answering service)

Our dishwasher was broken, so we called around and found this plumbing service who was able to come out the same day. Cody was our plumber, and he was super friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Highly recommended.

My water heater went out on Monday. Dave was able to fit us into his schedule the next day. I'm a home inspector and I see a lot of new water heater installations by other contractors with lots of issues. Dave takes extra care to make sure everything is not just done right, but done perfectly. I have never seen such a perfect installation. Don't use the bargain water heater company, as it may cost you more in the future due to incorrect work. Pay a little extra and have the job done right by Dave at Noble Plumbing.

I just want to let everyone know, this Company is Awesome! I bought the $55 promo on Livingsocial & can't believe how above & beyond they went.The tech was very professional and well trained. He Inspected & cleaned my unit top to bottom telling me what I should consider fixing soon before a costly repair comes. After the diagnose, the tech left my home and a wire must have come loose from the panel you remove to get to the air filter which made my AC blow warm? I called their office & not only was it fixed but they also repaired the most costly part on the house ($366.00)! The would not take $$ from me to go halves or anything. They were more concerned about the inconvenience I had and wanted to make sure I trust them in the future. Talk about INTEGRITY!!! Who does that? So that's why I'm letting everyone know, if you need an expert company to service your HVAC system, I recommend Intelligent Design Air Conditioning and Heating! Thank You guys! 8|

Heater would not shut off. Miguel C. came out to check on it for us. Had a few issues with where the panel was on the unit so had to get with supervisor. A little lack of communication on their part but was resolved the next day by John.

Vernon loyd was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He began with looking at the problem, gave us a quote and we said go ahead and start. He took the time to explain the complication and how to maintain the drains as well. He was timely and efficient with his work. We will use this company and endorse Vernon’s expertise!
