Chris and Red were professional, courteous, fast, and gave me estimate of would like to have repairs as they did only the needed repairs at this time per my preference.

We had a service agreement with another HVAC company to take care of our A/C but have not been happy with their service over the years. We scheduled our summer maintenance appointment and the technician came to the house and within 5 minutes told us that our high stage compressor was not working and we needed a new system. Since Picture Rocks had replaced our water heater a few years ago, I called them for a second opinion. The technician spent the time to fully evaluate our system and we were told the compressor was working correctly but our unit was low on refrigerant. Because of the age of our unit, we decided to go ahead and have it replaced. The customer service was fantastic, from the technician, Austin, to the salespersons, Ryan and Luke, to the installation employees, Nick, Abe, Dillion, Javier, Javier's son, Luke, and Morgan. Thanks to all of you for competitive pricing and great customer service.

Sorry I called this business. They were 6 hours late to my original appointment and stated they couldn’t complete the work when they finally arrived.

Aaron came out and looked at my problem and offered me multiple solutions and packages to fix my problem... We tried the least expensive first... And problem solved! Aaron was super great... He also advised me to purchase the 1 year warranty for 10$ more which I did... This was a great experience I highly recommend them and I will use them again.

Dave was really awesome, He was “informative” and not in a selling way, After I asked about previous short cuts taken, he let me know about issues that (could) possibly happen if not addressed but not in an alarming or confusing which was great.. I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

The technician was friendly, but not clear on the charges or services I was to receive. Extremely over priced for the services I received. $977 for a jet drain clear. Drywall was removed from my home and not replaced. Rooter service didn't take and the expectation for the new quote was for reasons why the rooter didn't take including video of the obstruction and needs for future repair. Would not recommend. Less than $200 in services for almost $1000.

Had a very good experience with Rick from this company when needing a kitchen faucet replaced and an upstairs bathroom faucet repaired. Prompt, pleasant, and reasonable.

Mitch was nice and did a fantastic job. customer work and quick installation. Everyone was highly nice and professional. They had to come twice to finish the job and did not change extra fee. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I tried to unclog my kitchen drain myself and finally gave up. When the plumber came out he explained to me that the reason I wasn't getting anywhere was that it was full of grease from many years of buildup. After he pressure washed it the difference was unbelievable. Now I am much more conscientious of what goes down the drain. It hasn't drained like this in years. Good service, good price. Hats off to these guys.
