Best New Fixtures in Tucson AZ

We bought a new refrigerator with an ice/water dispenser. The people that delivered the refrigerator hooked up the water line but couldn't get the water flowing. I called Affordable Plumbing. David H. came out and had the water flowing and the dispenser working in about 5 minutes. Best of all, he didn't even charge me for the visit!! This is the fourth time I've used Affordable Plumbing. Their work has always been top notch; their staff always knowledgeable, professional, and friendly; and their prices always very reasonable. I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

Our AC and Furnace were installed by Goettl. They're not even 5 years and they are constantly breaking down. They make a lot of promises in their marketing about sending someone out right away and doing things the right way, but that has been the opposite of our experience. Goettl has been extremely hard to work with. They're always much later than the window they've given us - typically 3-4 hours after they say they'll arrive. Our AC has been out for the last 24 hours and customer service keeps saying dispatch will call me. Well I have yet to hear from dispatch and my first call to customer service was yesterday afternoon. It's been over 110 the last few days in AZ and this is unacceptable and dangerous. They don't return calls, they're never on time, and they're more expensive than other companies. I'll be cancelling my Sadie's maintenance service and finding another company to service our AC, HVAC, and plumbing.

This is a great company we have used multiple times, they are professional, courteous, and punctual. My most recent experience with Leo, tech #38 was awesome. If you have any plumbing needs i would highly recommend using pioneer, they are awesome :)

Our plumber showed up promptly when we asked, which was helpful for accommodating our work-from-home meetings. He looked at the two projects we had, a loose faucet and a leaky toilet. He explained what he would do, and made recommendations to accommodate an old toilet part that was no longer a standard size. He was friendly and professional, even making sure the back gate was closed because he knew we have dogs. Everything was fixed within 90 minutes and we had a great experience. Thanks!

I have had Swanson's Plumbing do work for me previously and have been more than pleased with their work. I have also referred Tim to friends who also thought the work was done in a timely, professional, cost effective manner and would use Swanson's again in a heartbeat. I had quite a leak at my water meter this morning. I called requesting service - Tim was going to be driving by my house on his way to a big job so he stopped on his way by (this was at 6:35 AM)and repaired my leak. He charged parts and labor but no emergency fee. I highly suggest calling Swanson's Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

I want to thank Tucson Plumbing for coming out when I wasn't even home. I am on vacation when my adult son informs me he flushed a large comb down the toilet and is afraid it will clog. I've used Tucson Plumbing in the past and gave them a call. They advised that we don't use that toilet and came out the same day. They retrieved the comb from the toilet (which my son promptly threw away) and got it working in no time! The technician was quick and professional and got me out of a bind @ an affordable price when I wasn't even there! Thank you Tucson Plumbing! I will definitely call you again!

Hydro Rooter and Plumbing is amazing! Words can not express how happy we are with their services. Communication is key and they did exactly that. They were on time, and did everything right. They were very professional, courteous, and friendly at all times. They definitely went above and beyond for us and we are grateful. I was having electrical issues I called Riteway on a Sunday morning and their scheduler called me within in 30 minutes and worked me into their schedule for Monday. Julio came and fixed my electrical issues and was so polite, professional and thorough. I am now a loyal customer with Riteway for all my electrical, HVAC and plumbing needs. Initial phone conversation was great, and more importanly Anthony's work was exceptional. Anthony made a courtesy call one hour prior to arrival, and arrived on-time. Anthony removed and replaced four bathroom faucets. I've had fixtures replaced over the years by certified plumbers, but Anthony's work truly stands out. I've used countless plumbers over the years, overwhelming majority once, and after seeing Anthony's work ethic, attention to detail, knowledge, and professional mannerisms - I consider myself fortunate to finally have come across an excellent plumber. I was so impressed with his work, I hired him again before he left the house, and will be back in less than a week to complete projects I've ignored and held off for many years. In other words, I can now be proactive and not reactive now that I found Anthony (A.S.G. Plumbing Enterprises). Thank you Anthony!

Dealing with RES-COM Plumbing was a dreadful experience. Initially, the original plumber who responded to the call did the work and gave us the quote was a decent man. I would enthusiastically work with him again if he were not connected with RES-COM Plumbing. Once the job was finished a new contact billing person started contacting me. That is when the problems began. His first contact was to issue an unexplained bill for $992.00 when the original quote was $500.00. There was also a $75.00 holding fee my tenant had to pay to assure services. The bill arrived void of any breakdowns of costs or charges and was presented in narrative form as if he was trying to tell a story. When I contacted him to ask for explanations he became indignant. He even called my tenant numerous times seeking payment before we were able to agree on the terms. Finally, I was able to speak with the owner who agreed to lower the cost to $700.00 in addition, he would provide a 30% future discount for any future services. The decent thing to do would have been to give that discount for THIS job along with the reduction. He surely knew I would never use them again to ask for that discount, which means he would never honor it. Decency was not a consideration. The biggest problem I have is with the billing colleague who harassed me and my tenant for the better part of a week and the way he/they presented an invoice void of costs and charges. The hostile manner in which the billing person communicated with me also shocked me to the point of disbelief. To be fair to the original plumber, he did a fine job and it was a joy to work with him. My issue is with the hatchet billing man & to a lesser degree, the owner for harassing us for payment - even blaming us for the added arbitrary costs. The bill was fully paid within nine days. It was a horrible week and a half of harassment. I have never witnessed such unprofessional and despicable behavior from a company whose sole job is to provide an honest service. They are far from honest from what I experienced and could never in good conscious recommend RES-COM Plumbing.

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! They were not only honest, but VERY fair when it came to the cost. I would highly recommend Rooter King for all your plumbing needs. Thank you Rooter King!
