Zing is a locally-owned business. When you call Zing, you talk with the owner and, when he schedules a time to come out, he shows up on time. The work Zing has done for me has been good quality work at a reasonable price. You can't ask for more than that.

I called this company when water heater wouldn’t work. They showed up the same day and told me that they could drain and fix or replace. My budget was tight so I asked which was cheaper. They worked with me and took care of the problem and stayed in my budget. I now have hot water and a good company to refer all my neighbors and friends to. Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

We scheduled TWICE, a month apart. They canceled the first time and then said oh the soonest we can get out now is in a month. We were charged with no one EVER showing up to our home. We received phone calls 30 minutes before scheduled appointment cancelling. When we called after the first time we were told the tech had several emergencies so no time for us. The second time, a month later, we were told there were others with no air that they had to get to. We are having issues with our air and knew we had this appointment scheduled and they blew us off… AGAIN… I called and asked for a refund, we will take our business elsewhere.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

I heard water running and went outside to find it coming up through the ground in our front yard (house is 62 years old). I called after shutting off the water and was told they couldn’t get someone out til tomorrow morning (I chose not to pay overtime). The office gal called me back 15 minutes later to say she had a plumber who could come right then. Ryan showed up, dug a big hole and was able to put in a new pipe but didn’t have to go all the way to the street. We will go ahead and get a bid for that from them, since those galvanized pipes are so old, but to have this initial problem fixed this quickly and for a reasonable price made my day! It is 1.5 hours after my initial call and it’s fixed! We have used Expert Plumbing now 4-5 times and have always been pleased with their work and excellent customer service. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thanks again!

Curtis Plumbing has serviced our septic system for over 20 years. This is a reliable and reputable company. Communication with the office is always pleasant, scheduling is prompt and timely updates are provided. Joe arrived on time, was polite and promptly treated my system.

Google asked me how was MacInnis Plumbing. I can not rate them, as they never returned my phone call. But they were referred by people I know & trust. So they are probably good plumbers. But, (sigh) I will never know. I gave them 3 stars which is a neutral rating for me. I can't hate them, nor can I love them.

He was very professional and polite. He did a great job and I’m very satisfied. He did try and save me money by his ability to do a work around with my old garbage disposal.

I called Tim on a Saturday he arrived with his daughter with in 15 minutes very polite, job was done within 2 minutes. Charged only for the call out. I'll use him again if I have to.
