The technician that came out to my house was very friendly and professional. He allowed me to watch him work and explained everything he was doing. We had a great conversation and I found out he was retired military. I want to thank him for his service to our country, and I want to thank him for the excellent service he provided! Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

We used this company and now we have an issue in the same vicinity and they won’t come out and give us a quote without charging us. This is after they told us they’d be there in the morning and did not show up. Every person we talked to was rude (starting w/the girl who answers the phone & others) and dismissive. We called two other plumbing companies and were treated courteously. They both came out and gave us quotes and they are not the ones who did a previous job in the same area.

We had to use Curtis Plumbing to re-install a water heater (Ram Plumbing completely botched the job--the water heater did not pass inspection and the gas company turned off gas to the house it was so unsafe. Ram refused to fix the installation). Curtis Plumbing fixed the issue in a timely manner AND, while still expensive, they came in several hundred dollars under their original quote. They were nothing but professional.

We've called on MacInnis several times for plumbing repairs. They are prompt and professional, willing to work with you. Recommended.

Needed a new water heater installed. Kevin and John were great! Had a new unit installed and up to code within a couple of days. Had a couple of options to choose from and Kevin made sure to go over every detail to make sure we were satisfied. Quality work and quality people!

We had a leaking hot water tank replaced. Tim fit us into his schedule quickly. His price was fair and his quote was the final price we paid. . . no surprises. The installation was quick and expertly done.

Brian Hall, Division Manager, got here quickly. Spent much time attempting to snake the sewer clog. When it was clear it wasn’t working, he came back the next day with the “big guns” to clear the clog! No fees unless the solution was complete.

Bid for correcting the bigger issue was available quickly.

Twice now they were scheduled to show up and have not. The first time was for the estimate and after a phone call reminding them, they managed to get someone out later in the afternoon. Today when I called after their no-show, I was informed that they needed to check the schedule and I would be given a call back in a few minutes. No such call has come in. Thanks, but no thanks guys!

Just had Ram plumbing out for Leak detection, Ryan found the leak fast! He came out quickly, very reasonable charge. So happy I called them, I’ve found my plumber in Tucson!! Thank you Ram Pluming!!
