Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

AJ and Rocky are absolute rockstars. They arrive on time, with a huge worktruck with all their gear needed- no hour long trips to HomeDepot. They are super professional, knocked out the job within the timeframe I was estimated and my bill was actually less than what we agreed to at first, no bait and switch, no extra services were needed or sold to us!! I was very hesitant looking up 24/7 plumbing services. I called Anthony at 11 o'clock at night, spoke with him explaining our problem. He was quick to give us a temporary fix until he could come to the house and find the problem. When Anthony arrived, we were greeted nicely and he got straight to work. Anthony was quick to listen to our theories, and tried four different ways to fix the problem before coming to the conclusion of having to replumb. I was very pleased with Anthony's skill set and willingness to try. He even advised my husband of a temporary fix until he is able to come re-plumb. I have no doubts we chose the right company. George showed up at my home and worked his magic! He was EARLY! And it was a great experience! He explained everything in easy-to-understand language while outlining what was required to diagnose the problem. He was very thorough, but also careful. He showed the utmost respect to my home and yard. All the options for completing the job were explained, and he provided preferred pricing. He read the quote back to me to make sure I understood what was to be provided at the completion of the job and gave me the name of the technician who would be back to do the work. I would DEFINITELY recommend George to come out for the initial consultation.

Good communication but due to the fact that Swanson is extremely busy and is a 2 person company his lack of availability earns him 1 star. No matter how competent a plumber he is if your Not available then what is the alternative in case of an emergency or routine repair? Wait? Or hire another skilled plumber who is available!!!

This company has been great we had a major issue with our plumbing and it was fixed right after the problem was diagnosed. They answer phone calls promptly and they follow up with any questions. When they say they will come they always come on time and always explain everything they need to do. Now that we own our home they will definitely be our go to plumber company. The owner is great and will help in any way possible if your home warranty or insurance isn't being helpful. The owner and all his employees have been very nice and helpful as well. We had 2 guys come and stay the whole day well into the night to get a big job done for us. I would highly recommend this company. On time and good customer service!!!!!!! They did a good job replacing the Hot Water Heater but when it came to replacing the Hot water line, They didn't do so well. The line was not secured
Properly, so there is knocking when turning off the hot water. It is pretty noisy.

We did not have a great experience with Taz. It took over a week for the work to get done, meaning we had no hot water for that duration. I would leave voice messages and get no response and then get the I didn't get your message line. Overall very dissatisfied with the customer service portion.
