Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

Rocky was beyond awesome and so so loved Christie. Absolutely love a woman who knows how to answer tech questions w/o having to consult a tech. Was in such a horrible place. Water heater down and the day before Tucson got snow my furnace went down too. Arrow couldnt help with my water heater within my perameters but turned me on to some one who was out that day to fix my furnace. They are awesome people and, not that I want something to break, but should it happen I will definately call them first. Cant say enuf good stuff bout Arrow

Awesome service!

One of the drivers almost ran me off the road in rush hour traffic. Would of been a huge accident if I quick to react it would of been bad. And the person answering at the company didn't seem to care one bit. There was no reason for the driver to be driving the way he was at all..

I needed a plumber right away. Within two hours Plumber Paul Amos was at my house. He clearly explained what needed to be done and the price. He did an excellent job installing the new toilet. I'll use Al Coronado next time I have a plumbing problem.

This was a leak that could not be found inside - although the water meter was ticking away - Mike was excellent - the hottest day of the last three weeks - he wore his mask checked everywhere and finally found a broken pipe forcing him to dig a trench to repair it - can not say enough how impressed I was with his work ethics.

I had the best experience with super drain I had previously called Parker and son they came out gave me an estimate for 1433 to install a water heater even though I was buying the water heater and having it delivered. I called super drain they came out gave me an estimate much less than Parker and son. Super drain service reps came out and installed the water heater explained everything to me and the workers were so professional. I recommend this company.

The plumbers were excellent! The managers back at the office badgered me about paying the $15,000 bill, which was NOT late. So far, they have been unable to email an invoice to me.

Joe was prompt, on time, clear in his explanations and demonstration of our problems (two main line water leaks, and a running toilet), and the fixes he would enact. He got everything done essentially in just 2-3 hours, and we no longer have any problems. Also a nice friendly guy. I particularly appreciated Ram's ability to respond to our problem on short notice. They have fixed another issue for us in the past also and did a good job then too.

Came out same day . Very professional clean and we'll mannered . I found pricing to be competitive but in the long run the service and knowledge out weighed any extra charges. Will definitely call again !

Our garbage disposal stopped working and after trying the tool and reset, I still could not get it to move. I called Mr. Plumber and they immediately sent out Javier to diagnose the problem that same afternoon. He called and gave me a half hour heads-up that he would be there and showed up right on time. He was able to figure out that material was locking up the mechanism and preventing it from working. He removed the unit and dislodged the material and I was good to go. In and out in less than an hour. We're very happy with the service and Javier. We have always been happy with the service from Mr. Rooter and wouldn't hesitate to call them again with an issue.

The work was not even performed by the technician that he stated he did. He was very lazy and acted as if he didn't even want to work at all at our house!!Do not use this company !!!!!!!!!!!

First let me say that All In Plumbing did not do anything at my home. This was because they stopped returning my calls and texts. Extremely unprofessional. They had contacted me from a business referral site and said they were interested in the job. I called and scheduled a meeting with Cesar. He came to my home and said they could do the job and would provide me with an estimate in a few days. After weeks of waiting Cesar failed to provide me an estimate. I contacted their office and was told that Cesar or Derrek would call me within a hour. That never happened. I think they never intended to the job. Cesar was a waste of time and energy and neither him or Derrek ever returns calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of other plumbers in Tucson that will treat you much better.
