We had an emergency with a water heater in our house. Same day service obtained and Paul kept me informed when he was to arrive. Although I wasn't home for the initial consultation, he kept me informed, sent pictures and gave me options for the repair and set a bypass for the heater so we wouldn't loose more water. The next day, he replaced the water heater. Imperial Plumbing kept me informed at all times of my appointments and texted informing me when he was to arrive. Used Valentine Plumbing several times over the years and I am very happy with the service they provide. The water heater that was just installed is the most efficient I have ever had.

Friday at noon we received a 300% increase in our water bill with no one using the home. I called, from outside the USA, two different plumbers that we had used previously over the years and was told that they could not come until the following week to even look for the leak, even being aware that I had lost more than 10,000 gallons of water with a leak in an unknown location. I called Curtis Plumbing and immediately felt relief when told that they could have someone come to our home for the emergency within the hour even though they were heavily booked. I will only use Curtis Plumbing in the future since they are not in it just for the money. They do care about the customer and offer excellent service.

They came to install a new kitchen sink on Friday, and then we all realized it wouldn't fit because the counter was Corian. So Frank came back out on Saturday and very carefully trimmed the counter to fit the sink, and he did a fantastic job. We have use Al Coronado in the past but because of the care and time they took to trim and install our sink, we will be using them again. Thanks Guys!

Two years ago Norm came riding to my rescue! My water heater sprung a leak and water was rushing all over my garage and in to my guest room! What's worse was I had a broken foot in a cast and couldn't turn off my own water! Norm hadn't met me before but he was there super fast turning off the water, replacing the water heater, and helping me get the restoration people out to start repairs. The two things I loved about meeting Norm were his customer service and just how much he educated you about your plumbing issue.
