Fusion did a really excellent job on the full scope of projects we had them do. They did a water filtration system for our home, installed new faucet fixtures in multiple sinks and shower/tub, installed new toilets, and cleaned out drains. They were always very responsive and willing to do whatever was needed to ensure the job was done thoroughly and to a high degree of quality. They were super-easy to work with, communicated promptly, were prompt to appointments, and followed up with us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Will absolutely use them for all of our future plumbing needs and I highly recommend them!

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

I experienced a small leak within the wall of my master bedroom. My insurance company used a service to get these guys out here. They were at my home within 2 hours and immediately put their machines to work. These guys move quick. Soon the leak detection company was there, the plumber soon after. We were up and running within a day and the dry-out complete within two days. Thanks Paul!!! Oh yeah the insurance adjuster and the service they use were also terrific.

Thank you Rocky, for coming to fix yet another plumbing issue in recent crisis. Aarow Plumbing is honest, conscientious, and very responsive. Two plumbing crises in 2 weeks: a backed up toilet at my spa, Indigo Oasis, then a water heater in the fritz today. Whew, so glad to have them on my “team!”

Ad says ANY drain clear is $80.00. It doesn't say toilet drains are excluded. Updated: customer service called several times and ultimately made it right with a refund.

I had an issue with and outlet and switch that I tried to fix myself. As I got into the problem I realized I was over in over my head and the outlets/switches I was trying to fix were more than I could deal with. They showed up the next day and had it fixed in two hours. Turns out my house was wired very unsafely and they discovered the problem and fixed it.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. Ken and Steve were both incredibly professional, kind, and competent. They fixed our issue in one visit and actually diagnosed something that was not straightforward and the solution will cost us $10 for the part. This is a family owned and run business and I will absolutely use them again!

Toilet was running. Fill valve needed to be replaced. Job was done in less than 15 minutes and had to pay for a full hour service charge of $104. They should have half hour charge. I should have gotten a handyman to do the job! Next time!
