Our dishwasher was broken, so we called around and found this plumbing service who was able to come out the same day. Cody was our plumber, and he was super friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Highly recommended.

AC broke at 9:30 last night. Called this morning and immediately received a call from the technician. He gave me an estimated time of arrival and showed up wellwithin the time we agreed on. He had my AC running within 20 minutes. The gentleman was professional and explained all of the necessary repairs. He showed me all of the parts that needed to be replaced and demonstrated why they were not working. I highly recommend my technician, Todd and this organization.

Woke up to water all over my laundry room. Realized it was the water heater. Called some companies and most said it would be 2-3 days to get out to me. Rocky from Aarow Plumbing was the only company that was able to fit me in that day. They arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected and looked at my issue. Sure enough it was the water heater. He had another job to get to but offered to pick up the new water heater for me and bring it back to install it. I was at a loss for words!! He picked it up for me, brought it to my house and installed it for me and took away the bad one). He did this after 8 o'clock at night. You can really tell Aarow Plumbing cares about their customers. Called in the morning and fixed in the same day!! Rocky deserves 10 stars!!!! Do not hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed!!!

On a Sunday, my 2 year old AC system failed. Monday morning, Carlos came out and diagnosed a burnt out blower motor. He said they would have to get one ordered as they did not have one readily on hand. The next day, Carlos and another technician arrived with a replacement motor; however, after attempting to install it, the motor was determined to be a bad fit for my system and they would have to order the correct replacement. I never heard anything back from the company until two days later when I called to find out what was happening. I was told the part was on a UPS truck and they would inform me when it arrived. Later that day my wife and I became concerned as the heat of the day was making our house too warm so I called and got the number for the business owner. I finally got to talk to Mr. Cummings around 5 PM and he was very apologetic and assured me his people would take care of everything the next day. Friday, we heard nothing until I called in the early afternoon only to be told they could not locate the part, but would send over two portable AC units to cool my house down until they could find the part. Around 5 PM, Carlos and the other technician showed up with the correct part (we never did get the portable AC units) and they were finished installing the new motor very quickly, then they left just as quickly. They never looked at my compressor, or my thermostat, just left! The temp in my house at that time was 78 degrees. After waiting a couple of hours, I rechecked my thermostat and it now read 79 degrees! I called the company and they sent out a different technician who said he had to re-wire the system as something had been changed during the motor remount, and that the system would have never run the way they left it.

Called in to troubleshoot a central AC unit. In typical corrupt fashion they send an under qualified “technician” who’s primary objective is to try an sell all new units with a commission. This “technician” doesn’t know enough on how to repair units, which is the main purpose of the call. So they quote for some bogus repairs and how its just better to just get a new unit.Got a second, third and fourth opinion. All other three competitors identified the actual issue. A new central AC unit was not required in the least. A small repair was done and the unit has been working for over a year now“We do things the right way, not the easy way” is their slogan. A great example of classic marketing slander to get you in the door and find a way to get the most money out of you. I know of several other AC companies in Arizona just as corrupt at these guys.Save yourself the hassle and find someone with more experience and less of a “big box” AC company

I've never taken the time to review any business before, but I recommend Knight Owl Plumbing to everyone and anyone. 5 stars for quality, value, and customer service. Anthony is good people and deserves your business.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.
