I have used more then a couple times now. They are quick to show up price is reasonable. And most importantly not a bunch of crack heads. Believe me we have used other companies and the people they sent out we're not someone I would want at my home. I highly recommend them and have used this company for years. Jake is a eeal life hero! And now a son of mine. I had a leaking water heater and had no idea what needed to be done. He was able to explain the process of replacing with new gas water heater. Great experience and customer service. I will only be using Jake at fusion from now on for all my plumbing needs!

Called for a simple dripping bathroom faucet and a running toilet. The guy came and gave me a $3000 bid to replace 3 toilets and my bathroom faucet. My house is only 9 years old! I really feel like he was trying to scam me!

AJ kept me up to date - letting me know when he would arrive and checked in the day before.

He got right to work after I showed him the problem and was done within an hour.

Super personable, real professional. Explained every step of the way and then gave me some tips to prevent the problem in the future.

Called and made an appointment a week out and the day of the appointment I took the day off from work. They called me half way through the day to let me know some more important clients needed their attention and they would have to reschedule. I guess a first timer client isn't that important to them. When you schedule an appointment you should honor it, they did not. Service manger called me up later in the day to offer me a 200 dollar yearly package for free and an appointment that would be a week and half later. I called up another AC service provider and was able to get an appointment for the very next day. It would be one thing if they said sorry for the inconvenience, we will reschedule you for tomorrow....In their ads the owner says they always do what's right but that doesn't seem to be the case.

It was so kind and thoughtful of Anthony to fit us into his busy schedule, at a very last minute notice. His repair works on our water heater was superb!!! His communications and timeliness was spot on!!! I wish there were more than 5 stars to give him. Brandon came out late on a Thursday night to evaluate our leak and back on Saturday to repair a busted pipe in our kids bathroom. He was prompt and did the job well. Super professional. Our kids and the neighbor kids were playing baseball in the front yard and the ball went on the roof and when Brandon was done with the repair he got on his ladder and using his tools was able to get the ball down for the kids. I would recommend him and this company a thousand times over.

Serious racial discrimination! Very rude! I tried to find him to help me fix the sewer, because my English is not very good. When I tried to explain my sewer problem as hard as I could, he hung up my phone angrily! This is first time to write a review. So angry!!!!
