I notice everyone here had Jack, or Gilbert or ..... but I had the best one of all. I had Jacob, he was so totally awesome! My clog was a real pain, Jacob never gave up, and won the match with my clogged pipes and did it all on a hot hot, hot day without any complaint at all. Jacob gave us exception service , with such a positive attitude and honest business practices. Jacob need a raise, what ever he gets paid is not enough.
